I got the maple chicken with wild rice. It was very good. For my one side I got the grilled zucchini and yellow squash. I make it at home with olive oil, salt and pepper. Theirs tasted burnt. It did not look burnt. So, I was sadly disappointed in the new veggie choice. They use to have green beans with mushrooms and it was very good. I got a salad that comes with your meal. It was good. A member of my party got the salad, and he liked it. He got the new york strip with two order of fries, and said it was better than at a steak place. The third person in the group got the peppercorn sirloin steak and said it tasted better than most steak places. He got the wild rice and fries. He use to get the wild rice and green beans with mushrooms, but since they are not on the menu he was unable to get the green beans and mushrooms, and was disappointed. Unstead of a salad he got fries. The fresh brewed ice tea with lemon, it was good. The other two got a fountain drink and they said it was good. The person taking care of our table filled our drinks before the glasses were empty and that was awesome!!! Great service. I have to say it is a great place to eat. I know it is a seafood restaurant, but I have never purchased the sea food.

I had a baked tilapia that was extremely dry and generously overcooked. My wifes fish & chips were also way overcooked; instead of being flaky her fish was tough and chewy. Everything was saturated with salt. And they were out of draught beer - yes, you read that right, they were completely out of draught beer! And it was terribly overpriced. We spent nearly $50 for the lousiest dinner either of us has ever had. Not to mention that it smelled horrible inside the restaurant.

The staff is usually friendly but theyre seafood sucks. The crab and lobster taste super gross and not fresh at all. They need to find a better vendor for their seafood, Im surprised more people havent gotten sick. It really sucks because I used to love Red Lobster and some of their deals are amazing, like all you can eat shrimp. I wish there was another one nearby.

Ordered the Steak with Fries and a Salad as sides. Steak was too dry, fries were oversalted. Salad was really good their dressing is great. Steak was overpriced for what I got, paid $17 for underwhelming meal. Waiter forgot our orders several times so had to tell him who ordered what repeatedly. Did not offer to refill our waters, only did after I requested.

Was in town from Chicago with the in laws and we decided to celebrate the occasion and visit red lobster ... best decision ever not just because of the food but by the great customer service of Benjamin (benji) he made us feel welcomed made sure we where ok by always checking on us.... Red Lobster in Coralville is the very BEST. Larry, Rachael G. and Petra are awesome. I NEVER fail to have a delicious dinner; the staff is friendly and does an outstanding job to make you feel like you are the only one they are serving. The restaurant is TOP SHELF!!!
