I had just arrived to baton rouge to visit my cousin who worked in the building across the street, the manship. I was hungry after driving from NOLA. I walk in and order a po boy and full my cup with what looks like yellow water from the soda machine. I sit down to eat and what appears to be the owner starts yelling at a young employee to get goods things and get out. They start a screaming match and the young man walks out. The owner goes over to another female employee who was sitting quietly at a table and tells her "Im sick of you too, get your things and get out". I had eaten half of my po boy and got up, telling the man that he was unprofessional and that he shouldnt treat employees the way he did. I told him that i wouldnt ever come back to which he told me to leave. Id give it a zero if I could.

I lived in Louisiana almost 6 years ago, and every Friday I would go to this place for a cheeseburger. 6 years later, Ill be damned if its still not the best cheese burger I have ever had. Dont be fooled, everything else here is amazing too. Just, 6 years later, its still the best cheeseburger I have ever had. Thats some staying power Downtown Seafood. Hats off.

Horrible customer service..... My order was missing items and when I called to report my findings I was yelled at and talked to like I didnt have a valid complaint. The guy was rude and arrogant and the food wasnt even good.
