I was in the military, everywhere I went I I looked for a Red Lobster. Their commercials do their job. I got hungry. Well, every time I are at one I was disappointed. My husband, military also, was like me. Fell for the commercials, was disappointed. Now we are married and moved to WI. Commercial comes on and we find out that the other wants to go, but is hesitant in going. So we go, with the agreement this will be our last visit. To our surprise Red Lobster in Onalaska, Wisconsin is the best ever. We will never eat at any other Red Lobster. If we want to eat at Red Lobster, no matter where we are we will travel to Onalaska WI for Red Lobster. ❤❤❤❤❤. Best food, best service, overall Best Red Lobster. Correction, the only Red Lobster. Thank you for what you did.

Just dropped over forty bucks on their seasonal ultimate feast meal and a diet coke. Food came out Luke warm, salad looked like something out of a cafeteria, asked for the lobster Mac and cheese side only to be told it would be a little extra. Guess it was my bad, as I should have asked how much. Turns out it was 6.99. After mentioning this to my server, who I must say was very good and attentive, knocked five dollars off the bill. Chain store restaurants need to step up their game if theyre going to charge these kind of prices. Two stars at best due to the wait staff courtsey, attention to beverage refill, and willingness work with me on the exorbitant price of the lobster Mac and cheese price.

Always a great experience when we come here and we are frequent diners. We love ordering the Cajun Chicken linguine pasta it is creamy and delicious. I get the half portion and my Boyfriend gets the full and even the half portion is alot love it. The prices are high but for Seafood it will be if its good quality. We usually pay $12 for our meal. The lemonades here are also delicious and I recommend trying. Our Waiters/Waitresses have always been kind and we usually never have to wait long before being seated by the host. I recommend coming here we love it and those delicious Cheddar Bay Biscuits of course.

Waitress was annoyingly pushy and lingering and did not bring us biscuits for a solid 25 minutes. The salmon was charred and drowned in butter. Our mashed potatoes tasted underseasoned and old, which is unlike any other time weve had them. Upon complaining, the waitress and manager tried to get us to get different sides even though we politely declined. The manager was not very kind or confident in his abilities. He ended up taking some $ off of our bill but only $6. Will definitely not return to this location.

Horrible experience: long wait ( for everything) on a dead night; dirty (literally old food still on them) appetizer plates; undercooked (it was slimy) fish; an incompetent waiter who apparently took a smoke break between every visit to our table; horrible cocktails (tasted like spoiled juice) that we returned for waters that showed up 12 minutes later; and they didnt bring out half of one of the orders until everyone was done eating. All this for $120. On the upside the biscuits are crazy delicious.

The wait to get a seat was long and it wasnt because the restaurant was that busy. I stood by the door for 10 min waiting for my wife and saw the hostess once. When my wife showed up a waiter walking by went in back and got the hostess to come out and seat us. The waiter we had was fantastic and had already had previous customers complain to him about having to wait to be seated. The food was good for a chain restaurant. Best part though was waiter we had.

My wife and I dinned here over the weekend after a 10 hour motorcycle ride up the great river road. We were greeted promptly and escorted to our table. Our server Collin was friendly courteous and professional. The dining area was spotless and the rest of the staff were busy and very professional. A quick visit from the manager to confirm our dinner was to order confirmed the captain had control of her ship. Thank you !!! truly a pleasant experience.

Great food! Great service from Jordan! Friendly people! Terrible broccoli. I love steamed broccoli. It was so under cooked it was like cold & raw broccoli. I told Jordan, our waitress, she brought me another serving, that was warm but so under cooked. Talked to a manager when she asked how our food was. She said they have had other complaints, and would look into it. Their steamed broccoli has always been very good till now.

I loved the food, but the management is horrible. I got let go for not showing up to a shift I was told they had covered when I told them what the job was doing to my mental health. A lot of previous coworkers have admitted to me that they dont approve of the management situation and have also left red lobster. It wouldve been a great place to work if the managers were more supporting of their employees.

Use to like going here. Last two times there have been issues. Second to last time I was brought shrimp with the battery still raw in some parts. Waiter corrected issue fast so I really dont count that one. Last time wife, kids and I all went three of us had shrimp in our meals and we all ended up spending the rest of our night in the bathroom. The one that didnt have any shrimp had no issues at all.

I had a handicap father, they had doors all around the building but people have to walk all around to enter. One of the waitress said, she will let the door open for us to go out but other lady came and said, they cant coz their company policy dont allow. Its such a weird reasoning. I will never go there again. Very poor red lobster I ever visited

Red Lobster is a chain, so on average they all are to the same standard. This one is no different. I dont go to one except during specials like shrimpfest. Cocktails specific to the theme, seafood, turf food, the usual. I wish I could proclaim this is the best Red Lobster ever, but I cant. Its good of the ones Ive been to.

Really the only "seafood restaurant" in the area, so theres that. But its actually pretty good. Never had a bad plate of food. I usually come for their all-you-can-eat shrimp promotion, and am rarely disappointed, though refills tend to take a little bit longer as the night goes on. Always friendly service.

Poor presentation of food, plates looked sloppy. The service was good, very friendly waiters and waitresses. Management is very bigotry, did not work well with my family and I when we werent pleased with our meals. I would not recommend this Red Lobster.

Our waitress Paula was just the sweetest and nicest waitress Ive ever met. Tartar sauce was very vinegar flavored so I wasnt a fan but overall great experience and quick too for being lunch hour; in and out in under an hour.

dont plan on immediate seating at this red lobster. twice weve gone between 1-2 pm and told there was a wait of 20-30 minutes. lots of empty tables and no one else waiting. poor management. would not recommend.

Had combo of Walts shrimp and shrimp scampi. Scampi was excellent. Walts shrimp seemed like a processed shrimp. Lacked any flavor. Liked the old shrimp better. Server was very good.
