Back in November was double charged for a meal after 6 weeks and 2 managers finally went in and received a gift card for my refund. Was supposed to be refunded to my account within 30 days. So we went and used the gift card this last Saturday and after a 30 min wait for a table, and another hour or more to get our appetizers and salads, it was another half hour or so to get main dishes. The lobster was overcooked and had to pry it off the shell, and shrimp was overcooked. Was told new staff in kitchen and management was making them redo the food. Lots of plates breaking in kitchen too. The manager did take appetizers off the bill but now I see tonite that I have 2 charges for the excess of the gift card. Not that its a high amount but they charged my account 2 different times again. I even used a different card. We were there 3 hours Saturday night and food was not even good. I am so tired of being double charged by them. I used to love going there but this is ridiculous!

I wasn’t surprised to find this place crowded on a Friday night. I didn’t have to wait for a table since I always eat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was that of family. The staff seemed to be in good spirits and quick to respond to my needs. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I usually skip the dessert but the bartender talked me into trying it. It was delicious as well. Though a bit too many calories. But that was my fault for giving in. This chain of restaurants has always been one of my favorites and they didn’t disappoint. I always recommend Red Lobster to anyone and In this case I will again.

Went tonight at around 4pm..6 of us.... hardley anyone there so not busy, had very slow waitress, finally took our order, got salads and biscuits, took forever to get our food...had to ask her to check on it...now if busy cpuld understand but they were not busy...chicken was not hot, and not on bed of rice, like suppose to be...Asparagus which was additional charge was shriveled up like had been sitting, Been long time since we had been there, we wont be going back anytime soon We wont be going bad.. Sure wasnt worth $185

Was seated right away. First time we have been to a RL in yrs. Husband had a bad experience yrs ago. This one changed his mind. Rose was a great waitress!!! New her stuff for being new. Food was great. It was kitchens fault for not letting servers know they were low on bake potatoes. Need to stay on top of that is all. We will be back for sure!!!

Got takeout tonight. The fries were soggy and not seasoned. The beer battered fish had no flavor or seasoning whatsoever and was very mushy. It tasted terrible, not even covered in tartar sauce could mask the taste of this fish. Ended up spitting it out after a couple of bites and threw it away. Biggest waste of money. I will not be coming back.

Service was decent and the food was fantastic! Very friendly staff, but there were several tables that needed to be cleaned off. They werent very busy, so it was disappointing to see them being neglected.

Dont come after 9. Lobster tail was burnt, shrimp was raw. Steak was well over cooked. Took a long time for drinks when the place was practically empty. Very bad for $80 for 2 people.

Some Nurse friends brought me there for my birthday while the all you can eat shrimp promotion was on the shrimp were skimpy,and soaked in grease they tasted horrible.

Endless shrimp.... 34 minutes in-between 1st reload of shrimp. After another 24 minutes we left. Paid over $80 for supper and left hungry
