I was looking for a Japanese hibachi restaurant without all the showmanship (and added expense) of a Benihana. They did have the hibachi tables in rear, but we just sat at a normal table-- which was fine. Hibachi filet mignon & shrimp was $21 and included soup and salad-- very fair price. Service was excellent. Only negative is no free refills on soft drinks. Well be back for sure!

Good service and good food, only had one problem. I ordered food over the phone, then called back just after hanging up to change my order. They said they wouldnt change it and I would need to pay for the food. Just dont understand I was told food would be ready in 10 to 15 mins I called back less than 60sec later to change the order. Food its good..

We go about 4x a year. My wifes birthday is on Valentines Day which can make it difficult but they always work with me. This year the staff worked hard to help us quietly recognize her birthday. The food is top notch and I have never had a bad meal. Franz Maki roll should not be missed! I tried the Akira(?) DUCK and oh it was so damn good.

New owners, New staff. Valentines Day started off pretty rocky. Reservation was not validated and had to switch tables due to that. New staff was not prepared for the holiday rush or the menu. The woman in the front was very accomodating. The food was really good a little pricey for the fill but worth it. Try the unfiltered saki.

Dont waste your time. The rolls arent really that great. $2 for a glass full of ice and 1.5 oz of Diet Coke and when they asked if I wanted a refill I said yes and ended up getting charged another two dollars. I ended up spending $33 and still have to hit McDonalds on the way home so I dont go to bed hungry.

We were first time visitors. It was great. Emily took great care of us. We ordered numbers 12 & 17. Sushi and Shashimi. Nice thick portions with salad and rice. This was on a Wednesday evening. If ever near Delavan again we will stop by again.

Used to dine here frequently, but it appears it is under new ownership. So disappointed as the food does not taste nearly as good, the portions were smaller, and the service was very poor as they appear markedly understaffed.

They have really stepped up their game! Very inviting atmosphere and good sushi. Emily is always very sweet with my kids and her son did the best job Ive seen on the hibachi table! Very entertaining and delicious.

The Franz Makki is delicious. My friends and I went there to celebrate a birthday. They gave us tempura fried icecream to celebrate and took our picture to hang on the wall. The staff was very nice!

We love this place! We stop here every time we go to Lake Geneva. I crave the AP Scallop Hokaiyoki (Scallop with crab sticks, mushrooms baked in a Japanese sauce on half shell)! Delicious!!!!!!!!!!!
