I sat at the bar as I was dining on my own. The proprietor (Amy) was very hospitable and pleasant to talk to. She asked me if I had any preferences for my 16-piece sashimi entree, which was nice considering some places just have a set variety of fish they choose from. For the most part all of the fish was tasty, although perhaps slightly too refrigerated when served. The tuna also had a mild fishy taste. After the sashimi plate I ordered a Volcano roll, from their house specials list. It was a fairly tasty roll packed with a healthy portion of fish and topped with some smoked eel and some bright red tobiko. Also spicy enough to make my nose start to run a bit (good times!). The final order was the Sassy roll, which came with tempura shrimp and cream cheese, which I was surprised to say was my preference out of the orders I had that night. For a town not really known for their sushi, I would recommend Little Tokyo for a good dining experience with some tasty food.

Little Tokyo by far, has the best Sushi in and around Green Bay. If you really like sushi, and have yet to give this a try, it is more than worth it. Its a lot more traditional than say, Kokos or Island Sushi, but Little Tokyo raises the bar and sets the standard for Sushi. THIS is what sushi should be like; Conservative with rice on the rolls, wide variety on their menu, and you get what you pay for with what you are getting inside your rolls. (Unlike Nakashimas...) I highly recommend Little Tokyo to anyone looking for quality sushi.

Best sushi in Green Bay. Best sushi Ive had since I lived on the West Coast. Other people will tell you will tell you differently, but thats probably because they havent eaten at Little Tokyo or really like their Sushi deep fried. My favorite is the spicy scallop roll and my wifes favorite is the fancy roll with salmon, topped with a side of their house ginger dressing. (it doesnt come that way but theyll do it if you ask) I also really like to get their sesame chicken lunch special its a great deal and very tasty.

I never trusted any Sushi etc from Green Bay because of a couple bad experiences at other places and because its such a small town. I finally gave this place a shot and have been back numerous times since. For Green Bay/Wisconsin their raw fish is very good and I was very surprised. Best sushi in Green Bay by far and the prices are good too. We come back every month. Great service too. Yeah Buddy!

I have been to every sushi place in Green Bay and by far Little Tokyo is the best! When a new one opens up, I try it and always come back to Little Tokyo. The staff and owners are very pleasant. Food and atmosphere are great! There is another part of the restaurant that is for overflow and to use for larger parties. We have business meetings and our company Christmas party there every year.

The absolute best sushi. End of discussion. Ive been coming for over 10 years and after moving out of the area, have driven 3+ hours just to enjoy Little Tokyo. Ive been to many sushi restaurants in a dozen or so states and nothing beats this sushi. My favorite rolls are Alaska, Badger, Boston, Orange, Spicy Tuna and Negi Hamachi. They also have good green tea. Would definitely recommend!

Consistent quality, precision, & atmosphere. I havent found a rival for the menu and the execution of the sushi in Central Wisconsin. The servers usually have long tenures there. The entire operation is well run. It translates into your experience when you dine there. The owner is personable. Friendly for beginners, and deep enough for the connoisseur.

Im in town for 2 days. Tried Phins for sushi yesterday..very good...but I would have to say Little Tokyo sushi today was better. I ate at lunch time at both places. I would rate Little Tokyo a 5 and Phins a 4.5. Mainly because I have been eating Sushi for over 30 years and have favored the traditional. Little Tokyo has a full ala carte offering.

I am very skeptical of the previous reviews as the sushi was absolutely horrible! All of the rolls were bland and looked as though they were prepared by someone from a fast food chain. There was only one other party of 3 there on a Thursday night at 7. Should have been our first clue! Dont waste your money as we did!

The atmosphere was very casual and relaxing but had the best japanese food in the area. It is a bit pricey but the price reflects the quality. The sushi was better than some I have had on the east coast. Amys special is amazing. They also have tempura soft shell crab. I highly recommend!

Ordered Tempura Soba for 11.50 It was very tasty but I think it was quite overpriced. However they split it up and it was enough for 2 of us at lunch. I did have to get up and go look for the waitress to have her come take your order As it was lunch time And we were in a hurry.

The sushi was not to my expectations. The rolls were small and the rice was cold. Beware when you order the "spicy dynamite", it was too HOT for our liking. We will give it another try and order something different. The atmosphere is nice, and the service was excellent!!

This little place is easy to miss, but doing so would be a shame. The sushi tastes fantastic, the prices are reasonable, the staff is attentive and helpful, and the atmosphere is nice and quiet. I havent gotten sushi from anywhere else in Green Bay - and I dont intend to!

Food was not so great and I almost choked on a bone in my tuna roll. The waitress didnt seem very sincere about the situation and they didnt even offer to remove it from our bill. Very disappointed. This was my first experience and will be my last at Little Tokyo.

I have been to Little Tokyo many times and cannot get over the great food at great prices! They are currently expanding and will assumably be updating the interior. Located right in downtown Green Bay, which has a great atmosphere to start with! Five Stars!

We had a very enjoyable meal here. The portion of fish on the Nigiri style was large and the prices very reasonable. We also had the summer role which was delightful. The hot sake was also very good. Cant wait to go back!!

Having traveled all over the world and eaten sushi at every opportunity, I have to say that this place beats all others in the area hands down. The service and decor are excellent, but the food just cant be beat.

Great subdued atmosphere, classic sushi, friendly and professional staff, fair prices and convenient location. Most of the other Sushi places in town try a bit too hard to be hip, and charge for it.

Quiet little "hole in the wall" but the atmosphere was nice and the food was excellent. Our waitress was new but very personable. I was surprised at the quality. Loved it and will stop again.
