This is BY FAR THE WORST Pharmacy around. I recommend that you go somewhere else. I have been with them for a few months now and I am over it. The staff is SO rude and they NEVER have my prescriptions. They always have to order them and if you try to drop off the prescription early they WONT take it at all until the day it is due. Then I have to go three or four days without the medication. My medications are usually called in to them and havens for bid you ask from them to go to another pharmacy; they WONT give them to me. This was the last straw, I went there today to get my prescriptions refilled and as always they did not have it and it will not be in until Thursday and today is Monday!!!!

Quality? high priced organic food only. Appeal? everythings scattered through out the store Service? now thats a damn joke. cant use self check out w/o an advantage card. i kept ringing my stuff over and over till one of the punk workers finally came and said i have to have the stupid card. i get back in the long line at 1 open register and the guys just standing there waiting on another to check something, instead of opening another register to help out. its obvious were their customers stand. to hell with giant eagle!

Its almost all self checkout now. Self checkout is always a fail for me. I prefer to spend a little extra at a local Supermarket chain that still employs people. When gasoline went to self-serve, the price was lower to pump for yourself. In grocery stores, there is no incentive - just a flashing light when the automated system does not like the way I bag my own groceries. Maybe someday customer service will return. For now, I only shop here when I do not have other options.

Always had friendly service. They always have what Im looking for and they seem to rotate their sales every week. An example is their but one get one free. The beginning of the month they have that sale. The next week Pepsi is on sale. Or three 1/2 gallons of Giant Eagle ice cream for $10 another week. They always have 5 packs of meat for $20. Theyre an excellent buy for my 14 year old and I. $25 a month and we are fed.

Just made my first trip into a giant eagle. I was very pleased. They have a large salad bar and hot foods area along with soups and baked goods. Im from down south so the best thing we have there is a Publix. And I love me some Publix. This is almost like a mix or cross between a Winn-Dixie and Publix. Very impressed.

Bought a pound of spoiled ground chicken here 6 June 2017. Bought bad potatoes here 7 June 2017. Have had a number of other issues with bad meat and potatoes here over the past couple of months. Update: Bought chocolate covered raisins on 7 July 2017 that were stamped as best by 1 July 2017.

Love the store. Hate that they have more self scans than real ppl working the check outs Thats why I wont go there unless its a last-minute item and I dont need a lot Please hire more employees. Get rid of the self scanners. One or two, but thats just ridiculous.

Upon going in there was a cop, at first I figured oh hes just shopping but when leaving he was still there. Pretty odd for a grocery store but other than that it seems like a normal giant eagle they had the items that were needed.

The salad bar is very GOOD!!! BEST salad bar Ive had in my LIFE!!! Please change NOTHING about your salad bar!! And the people that work there are beyond pleasant!!! Love this place!!!
