This place was an absolute disappointment, I drive past this place every day and decided to try it after two years, and I hate to say I wasted $50 on this meal. I should have ordered an appetizer first to test the waters. Safeway and panda express feel like five stars in terms of quality and taste of their food when compared to this joint. From the outside, it looks like it may have been a once-thriving Chinese restaurant. This place seriously needs to change its ways and needs a transformation like something from kitchen nightmares. Off the menu we ordered; Gyoza - This was how it was named on the menu and this alone cautioned me as real Chinese restaurants name this Pot Stickers. Only Japanese places really call this Gyoza. These were passable at best. Beef Broccoli - this was disgusting plain and simple. The Curry Beef - It was edible, the only thing outside the pot stickers. The Chow Mein - same as the Beef Broccoli, just gross.

Highway Robbery at its finest. I ordered 2 individual dinner meals to go that come with 2 entrees, soup, rice, and chow mein. It came to $22.50 before the tip. When we got home and unpacked it first thing I noticed was no soup, fine, no biggie. We unpack the rest of it and here is what we get for $22.50.... 3 pieces of sweet and sour pork, yes THREE PIECES, 3 shrimp, and 1/3 of a chicken breast for the almond chicken...... I literally got 1 bite of the almond chicken, and 2 bites of the pork and shrimp. Decent sized chow mein and an ok amount of rice. Food was decent, not the best. In my opinion youd be better off going to Panda Express. Way better quality food and you actually get something to eat, not just samples basically. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back here and this establishment should be ashamed for ripping people off for all these years.

My husband and I went there this evening and we were really not happy at all with the food. Our waitress sat us down poured us water and didnt come back for another 25 minutes. We ordered and about 2 minutes later the food was out.. At first I thought wow that was fast.. good service!! and then I tasted the food and OH MY GOD IT WAS DISGUSTING. The chow mein didnt even LOOK edible and it was hard baked noodles covered in some sort of liquid and bean sprouts. What the hell.. And the sweet and sour pork was hard, and tasted like vinegar. My husband thought we had ordered steamed rice, but low and behold it was "fried" that probably sat there since yesterday. Our waitress rushed us out even though it was a Wednesday night. Bad service, bad food!! Go somewhere else!

BEST General Tsos chicken I have ever had! I love it! It is SO good! I crave it sometimes, seriously! The sauce it comes in is so good I could practically drink it! I also really like their onion rings and you get ALOT of them. The fried rice is good as well! I think you get good sized portions too. I like their tea. Who doesnt like fortune cookies!? I have had mixed experiences with customer service. The hostesses have always been polite, however; as far as waitresses go its either good or bad. I have never experienced rude customer service there, but on some occasions I can recall it taking forever to get a to go box and the bill. For the most part now I get my food to go from House of Kee. Its almost always ready in 15 mins.

Not very good. To start the service was not as good as normal. I had ordered the sweet and sour chicken with the sweet and sour sauce on the side, the chicken was microwaved and dry, I could not chew it and the sauce tasted like sunscreen. The vegetables that come with it were dried out and flat. My children asked for some extra ketchup to go with their chicken nuggets and fries, it never came. We were drinking hot tea, it was to strong so we mixed it with our water, and it was still to hot for my 6 year old so we asked for ice and were told we would not be getting any ice because we were mixing ice tea. In my opinion they need to rethink how they treat customers and how they run their business.

my family has been going to the house if kee for over 30 years. The food used to be crave worthy but the past two times were very disappointing. The main reason we would go there was because you know you were getting quality good but lately it seems like they are trying to cut corners and buy cheaper lower quality food. The almond chicken used to be our favorite and you used to have the choice of white or brown meat and you could tell it was right off the chicken. It now taste processed and chewy. Its sad because we used to love to come here and now we have really been turned off. People can tell your trying to cut corners and its sad.

Walked in to see the hostess sitting on the bench playing on her phone. When we told her how many in our party she said OK one moment and walked into the dining room. As we waited at least five minutes A second hostess was standing at the counter said nothing. As we continued to wait we discussed if we should just dine somewhere else as the parking lot did not warrant the wait. Apparently they were simply to busy to take care of their guests. We walked out after 15 minutes as the first hostess never returned and the second hostess couldnt be bothered..

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD! Soggy food, noodles that arent really even noodles more like mostly some kind of slimy vegetables I have no idea what they were and redish orange egg oval shaped rolls that I dont know what to compare to. Chicken was very small and dry. Terribly stuck up and unfriendly staff and quite expensive food for what you get and very poor quality. Was a take out order and when I got home I was astonished and completely repulsed by the food and threw most of it out. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Go to another Chinese restaurant!

WORST customer service of my life ! We ordered two Kings and only got one. when we got home and noticed it, we called they argued with us saying we were liars and hung up on us twice! When we went in to show them what we got they continued to argue that we were wrong! So i said i want my money back because that food was not worth 72.43 and that i would never come back here again. the manage threw the money on the counter and said ,thats fine i dont want to see you here.

This place was horrible!! As being in the military and been to South Korea, China, Japan, Thailand. I guess if youve never had real chinese food this would be great but let me tell you this place is horrible!! Overpriced and like said in previous post chinese dont dye EVERYTHING RED! What is that all about? If you want real chinese food stay away from this place not very good and way overpriced. And another thing staff was very rude.

Food is just good. Wish we had better choices inot puyallup. The restaurant is poorly managed, the owner seemso to be a control freak and doesnt trust her staff. I say this because they close the restaurant when the owner goes on vacation and close on Tuesdays for a day off. For some reason I always want Chinese food on Tuesdays so that sucks. Otherwise like I said.. the food is good.
