Usually good food, called in a to-go order and showed up 30 minutes later and had to wait in line for 10 minutes to pay for the order to be told it would be at least another 10 minutes before the food was ready. Must be under staffed tonight as it looks like there is one cook and one server and 11 tables are still dirty and waiting to be cleared. Has now been an additional 20 minutes and still waiting for the food. Now going on 35 minutes since arriving to get to go order for a total of more than an hour. Rather agitated about the amount of time it took!

Worst Mongolian Grill Ive ever been too. Now the staff was friendly and the place was clean but I wouldnt expect anything less. Now for the food. The choices you are able to choose from for the all you can eat grill are very slim compared to riverside Mongolian Grill. If you want wonton soup you have to pay extra. Now for the cook. Ive been to many Mongolian Grills and Ive never had burnt food regardless of how much teriyaki and other sauces or the lack of in my bowl. But the cook here managed to burn my food.

The food is alright, nothing special. All their soda was flat, and the service is not very good. When drinks were empty or nearly empty there was no offer to refill the drinks. They were not busy one bit. When I asked for a box she did not bring one for over 10 minutes along with the check. By the time she brought them her co worker had already brought some boxes by. Its clean and the cooks are nice. But I would not recommend this for a family outting or any date of some kind.

We use to come here all the time, now its not so good. The grill is too hot they burned both of our dishes, the noodles had black and hard crunchy spots. We got the fried rice with it and it was also burnt with black pieces and it smelled bad, the wonton soup was greasier than usuall. It was also expensive, about $45 for 2 grills with fried rice and soup, 3 spring rolls and 2 sodas.

Best place for friendly service. Always comfortable and never too hot in the summer. You would think it would be misserable with the grill but its not. The food is always delicious and building your own ingredients for your meal is fun. Try everything even non grill items they have it all figured out. Good selection of drinks, also beer wine & sake. The 8ced tea is my fav.

This is my husband and kid and Grandkids favorite place to go. The staff is very welcoming and the food is good. Good amount of food to choose from and also you get it hot. If you would like to order from the Menu, they have a large amount of food. Something for everyones taste. My 6 & 3 year old grandkids love to go there. Try it you too may like it.

We ordered waters and were given water bottles. We asked and they said they dont do glasses of water. After a while we saw another table get glasses of water and later found out the owners are the ones who are behind the water "upsell". The food was pretty good but hard to go wrong when they stir fry what youve chosen. Probably wouldnt go back

Sauces are watered down, not a good variety of seasonings, NOT THAT GOOD....a few people came in that seemed to enjoy this place, guess they have never been to Genghis Grill...... the grill at AAA buffet is better then this place......

A la carter food is wonderful. Huge portions and much cheaper than a similar place in Lakewood. Each is enough for four. Mostly Szhewan (sp?). Mongolian grill is Cantonese.
