Great food, big portions, decent price, great service! When we first arrived we were handed some mini appetizer-type dishes which was a salad with green onion chunks topped with this chili-lime type of dressing, SO GOOD. I got the Beef Bulgogi which is a Korean dish. I was skeptic at first because this is a Chinese/Japanese food joint and I am used to the Bulgogi from Korean BBQ in Los Angeles... but the Beef Bulgogi ended up being amazing!!! It came out in a timely manner and arrived in a sizzling hot Fajita Skillet Pan. I also ordered the fried rice which tasted authentic as well. Husband got Beef & Broccoli with Teriyaki Chicken and he said he loved it. Also big portions, the chicken was thick and hefty and the beef broccoli was cooked to perfection. We had so much left over that we had to take 2 boxes home. I got a Papaya Bubble Tea with Tapioca flavored Boba which was really good. Will definitely be coming here again!!!

Never again. The orange chicken was flavorless. The sweet and sour chicken was OK, not overly delicious, but not awful. My "fried" rice was steamed rice with peas, carrots, and eggs clumped together. Was someone new? The gyoza was...spicy? Peppered? IDK but it was weird. So, that sucked. The crab rangoons tasted like I licked a raw crab. I think they forgot the "Rangoon" along with the crab. Someone didnt have their listening ears on when we placed our order, so it was an additional 15 minutes we had to wait for three kids meals instead of one. We paid $70 for a dinner thats getting thrown in the trash. Awesome. So, as I said, never again. Theres nothing that would get me to spend my money there again, which is sad because I really loved it when that place was Jade.

This is my first time trying this restaurant since the new ownership. The tea was watered down. The chili paste was watered down. When I ordered the pho, the waitress neglected to tell me that you could only order larges after 3. Otherwise I would not have also ordered an appetizer. She had the memory of a gnat and I needed to repeat myself on 3 separate occasions. The male sever who checked in on me mid-meal seemed genuine. The owner was scolding 3 employees out by the resister, which did not seem appropriate to me. As for the food it was nothing to write home about. The pho broth also tasted thin. Typically penny pinching restaurant owner behavior IMO..try to cut corners to save a few $. Did I mention my late lunch cost me $18? I will not be back.

Joke. I cant believe this place has so many good reviews. Not only was this visit irritating but the service was ridiculous. We arrived at noon, my friends food came at 1215 by itself, then my husbands and Is food came around 1230. At 1245 they come to tell me what my daughter ordered is no longer available, which they would have known the entire time. It took them 45 minutes to figure out they didnt have something we ordered, and my daughter who is 4 years old didnt have her food. Thank god for mcdonalds. Im never coming back here.

This place doesnt even deserve a star!! I ordered pho and ordered honey walnut prawns to go. Broth was bland, no flavor at all. The honey walnut prawns took forever even after we was done eating. The walnut prawn itself wasnt good either, I had to literally take the batter and sauce off and eat the prawn itself... Customer service was bad, she ignored us the whole time after she took our orders... even when we went up to pay for our food. Definitely wont be going there anymore nor do I recommend this place to anyone.

This place not only had really great food and service but I was there when a man came in who was obviously homeless and they got him a to go order at no charge. My boyfriend and I wanted to pay for his food and they declined the offer. It truely melted my heart. From the way it was explained its something they just do. Its so nice that we have small, hard working businesses that can and will do such amazing gestures. Thank you for being amazing and generous to the less fortunate. Im a customer pho ever!

I ordered the king pao chicken and my boyfriend ordered the cashew chicken lunch special. King pao is a spicy dish usually with small red peppers, this had no peppers and had peanits in it looked just like what my boyfriend had, tasted his and it was the exact same thing. They remade my order which I took to go so I havent tried that yet. Also the cashew chicken was actually peanut chicken. Then the bill came and they overcharged us for both meals. Salty food with no flavor.. Yuck.

Service is really good here but sense being bought out by Happy Teriyaki&Pho the food quality has gone way down. Yesterday I ordered crab rangoons and orange chicken to go. I was very disappointed as the rangoons had no flavor and the orange chicken was mushy and way too sweet (as in inedibly sweet) so I just ate the rice and rangoons. This has always been one of my favorite stops but I guess its just not the same anymore... :(

Used to be Jade Pacific. Last time I went, there were still a handful of the same employees there. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff; quick service; delicious and affordable food! You get plenty of food no matter what you order. My usual is the Bento box, but we occasionally get one of the big combos, sometimes an appetizer. Comes out around $30-odd for two people, but with enough food for two meals apiece!

First off customer service is really good, I order steak pho and a order of spring rolls the presentation was cool looking , but when it came to flavor it just wasnt there the peanut sauce was really runny compared to other restaurants and the steak stuck togather . I wont come back for the pho . Ill try so thing else next time

This place is amazing! The food is delicious at a fair price with large portions! The Pho is some of the best Ive ever had and everything else on the menu is always great. This is the first review Ive ever written but I felt compelled too because this place is so great! Definitely a hidden gem in Parkland!

My first time here and I was very impressed. The waitress was wonderful and was extra nice and friendly to my 2 year old daughter. The pho was absolutely delicious! Restaurant was clean and staff was great. I will definitely be going back again very soon.

The honey garlic chicken and beef yakisoba were decent enough, but the Orange chicken tastes like Styrofoam... potions were on the better side of average. They gave enough rice, which was unusual(vs most places) and nice. The staff was friendly too.

Wonton soup was chicken broth with gyoza dropped in it not even wontons. I poured it out after trying it. The fried rice was almost flavorless and VERY overpriced. Please shut this place down and let someone who cares take its place.
