Ordered a to go pick/up order for two at 5:30pm. Arrive at 6:10pm. Employee goes to check on food, returns and tells it will be, "Just one minute." 15 minutes later, comes to take my payment and I ask about food and mention I had ordered almost an hour previously. She said she would check, and I hear her angrily talking to kitchen staff. Cook comes out and explains that my order had been misplaced and no one had notice until I arrived to check. Said I was leaving at 6:30, food came out at 6:29. Waitress blames delay on cook and apologizes. We get home and our bag had our appetizer, but no entree. I took the food and drove back, when I walked in the waitress said, "we forgot your entree, Ill grab it." I told her I would just like a refund at this point. She gets a manager from the back who comes out and processes my debit refund without acknowledging me until he said a receipt toward me and told the waitress that I get that copy. I took the receipt and left. No offer to let me keep the food I had brought back, no coupons, not even an apology. Spend your money somewhere where customers are appreciated.

Mar far chicken- looked like a fried chicken breast that was sliced up which is not what I am use to but I eat everything so I tried it. It was spoiled, chewy, smelt sour and I could not tear it with my hands. Egg foo young - spolied and mushy. Wonton soup- bland flavor but edible. Broccoli beef - bland but edible as well. I use to work at a Chinese restaurant for 5 years and I eat out 3 to 4 times a week venturing out to different restaurants and this is my fist public review. I 100% believe in supporting family owned local businesses. I appreciate cooks/chefs and I understand food must not be wasted and budget at times can be tough. DO NOT serve SPOLIED food its wrong, not safe and theres no way that you could have not known that it was spolied. I wasted my $60 trying to feed by family by supporting yours.

We live very close and thought we would give it a try...bad choice and a waste of $40. Food was not edible. Sweet and sour chicken - the breading was pale and undercooked. The sauce watery and bland. Chicken lo mein -noodles mushy and flavorless and the vegetables tasted rancid. Sesame chicken was not spicy nor was it cooked all the way. White rice was the basic white rice, fried rice was gooey and only had egg in it, no veggies or flavor. Spring rolls almost tasted as if they had cinnamon and sugar on them and the veggies were gooey..like they had been microwaved. Hopefully it does well in the compost, because it is not being eaten in this house.

The food has flavor and the dishes all dont taste the same. Which is a huge bonus. Tons of vegetables and large portions. I was able to order shrimp and bok choy!!! (off menu item). Stay away from the fried food such as the sweet and sour pork. It has a strong grease after taste. Customer service is so so. They have one waitress who is great. If she is in the back and another worker sees you they dont greet you or let her know you are waiting. Several occasions I have waited while they sat at a table watching TV or on a tablet ignoring you. Thats the only real down side.

Went in there last night for dinner and it was horrible!!! This is the worst Chinese food I have ever had! The chicken in the sweet and sour was so tough I couldnt chew it! Other people in my group had the beef broccoli and it tasted like seafood! If I could do a negative star I would give this place a -10 ! So gross Never going back again and will spread the word! Please dont take your family here

Some of the worst Chinese food we have ever tasted. The noodles tasted like cardboard and I could not chew through the sesame chicken.
