My family and I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Starboard Wendys located at 1709 Colonial Heights Blvd, Colonial Heights, VA on 8/5/15. Store #00000701 First, when we arrived we stood at the front counter and waited for 10 minutes before we saw the first employee. We were greeted or should I say not greeted at all by little miss Tenaju B. Who I might say had the worst attitude of a "server" that I had experienced. Not once did she say hello, I am sorry for the wait or more importantly, May I take your order. She stood at the register as if I was the one inconveniencing her. We placed our order and was tossed our drink cups after we had to ask for them. Several minutes later only part of the order was placed on a tray. 10 minutes go by and one more part of the order comes...now by this time the first part of the order is freezing cold. Finally after waiting for 20 minutes, we get our complete order. (minus the fries that she insisted that she gave to us on a previous tray but we never received) My son bites into his cheeseburger only to find LINT stuck to the patty. Not a small piece but a large ball of lint. When he took it back to the counter and told little miss Tenaju, her response " Well I aint got nothin to do with that". My son asks to speak to a manager who then makes his way from the kitchen area to ask what he wanted...not "how may I help you. When my son said that there was something in his burger not one time did he apologize but said what is it and I will make another with the most disgusting attitude. By this point, we are all just disgusted, as is most of the patrons in the Wendys who have already placed orders or were waiting to place their own order. People started pulling food out of bags and double checking food to be sure that there was nothing in it. We were not offered an apology, a discount....anything! We threw our cold food away and the newly made burger and left the restaurant. We were forced to go to one of your competitors and spend more money so that we could have dinner. Now, I do not run a restaurant or a franchise but I do run a healthcare company and I do it successfully. If anyone in my company acted with such disrespect to one of my patients they would be asked to leave on the spot. I understand that it is fast food and an upscale restaurant however, If I choose to come into your establishment and spend my hard earned money, I expect respect and certainly edible food. I am highly disappointed in my visit to your restaurant and I will NEVER be returning.

My review is not in regards to your company. However I understand you handle the Wendys in my area. Well let me tell you... The Wendys in Northville, MI. (Northville Village Center Shopping Center). Its absolutely awful on so many levels. Which is ironic considering it is in a great community with lots of money. I have been in the area for the last 3 years. I even worked in the same complex and use to do lunch here all the time. Until the last year and half. Someone from your company needs to step in. Do yourself a favor and order food during lunch hours. You will find they do not check your order to see it it correct. Apparent they cant count. Ive order 10piece nuggets and rarely can they seem to give me 10. I use to love the, Spicy Chicken Go Wraps. I dont know what they are doing to them now. But they are like rubber and completely nasty. The last three times Ive thrown it out. Ive had enough. Lets also not forget the lack of customer service. Today they messed up my chicken nugget order and only gave me 6. When it should of been 10. I got my usual rubber Spicy Chicken Snack Wrap. They also forgot my drink. They looked at me like what is my problem. The lady couldnt even tell me off the top of her head how many chicken nuggets come in a meal. RE#ALLY? They dont talk and look at you as if youre the problem when you have to tell them all this. Everyone there needs to go! Lets n

thers a wendys in exton pennsylvania that is run horribliy the manager anthony is the rudest person my family ever came across after he war sarcastic with my wife he went and tried to get a girls phone number that looked like a minor and said we will definetly meet up . my family will never return to that wendys or any of the ones that belong to this management company big thank you to the employee that steered us to the starboard group shame on your district manager whos name they told us irga i believe who should be on top of these things and remove managers that dont belong in customer service . proudly stated , Mikal

Idiots everywhere. Recently purchased locations in Michigan and they have no clue as what to do. They cut holidays, 401k match, vacation time, bonus pay etc. They offer Florida insurance and it is more money with less benefits. Basically slapped all the managers in the face. Pay checks are wrong week to week and then you have to wait another week for a hopeful fix. They do not care about their people or the way stores are ran , just all about that $1. My advice is to not work for this company and if you do.. GET OUT!

Got cussed out by the store manager at wendy,s off jefferson davis highway in richmond,va. My son-in-law found a rat in the toilet in the mens room and they charged items when they did not have the item in ready and you all the distrace manager and they tell you will get the free. I will never go back there

Horrible horrible company. If I could give zero stars I would. I worked at Wendys for several years before my franchise sold. Wendys isnt the problem, Starboard was the problem. Thank god I am out of that hot mess of a company. If I could give zero stars I would.
