my elder lady friend and i thought the food smelled good so we decided to order pizza each.Hers didnt arrive and when we asked about het order,the male server was NOT only rude,he argued about us not ordering TWO pizzas, returned twenty minutes or so later,after mine had arrived,and literally THREW her pizza down on our table and nearly hit her face as he did,and with a snide comment to us about not wanting to argue about it,as he left our table.Did not act like he wanted to serve us at all.VERY BAD ATTITUDE,he haf a female co-worker give us our boxes to go,and our meal receipt.I felt like we did something wrong,by spending our money there to be mistreated.Wont be back!

saw the reviews for this place while driving to Oregon and stopped by on our trip. We travel a lot and eat out quite often. We were 5 minutes early before they opened and were kindly greeted by a server. She welcomed us in. She was one step ahead of us our entire dining experience. Seriously one of the best servers my husband and I have ever encountered and the food was amazing. Its so hard to find amazing food AND service. And to top it off they had really great prices! Definitely worth stopping by. The servers name was Doreen.

This is the best pizza in Grays Harbor. This is the first place I wanted to eat at when we first moved back here... The salads are huge, the pizzas are always amazing, and its super family oriented. There is nothing on the menu I dont LOVE. When we a night with out kids we come here and play pool, eat and just hangout. The drinks are great, the food is great and the dining is great. They also have gluten free items as well. Anyone can eat here and feel welcome.

Not worth the bad service. I read the reviews before I drove the 30 minute trip to the restaurant, my first time. I did not like the feedback regarding the rude bartender, but I was willing to give it a shot. Yes, the bartender is rude. Actually, I walked out after canceling my dinner order. Take note, this restaurant has a customer service issue that has been brought to their attention many times before, and they have not resolved it.

well the menu looked delicious too bad we didnt stay to order. the guy server was so rude. He sat us then didnt return for ten minutes. when he finally did return all he said was are u ready yet...? no hi... no drink order nothing. I also asked about kids menus and he gruffly mumbled like five items that I could not understand so we got up and left. They need to hire new help

I have been a customer for 15 yrs or so. We even make the trip which is 40 minutes each way for a special treat. The pizza is the best in the West and the pasta dishes are also delicious. We have never had bad service or food. The crust & sauce on the pizza is amazing! Going again tomorrow!

We waited for awhile to be seated but no one came so we walked back to the bar area. I asked very nicely if anyone was working the front and that we would like a table. The man working was very rude so we walked down the street and had wonderful pizza somewhere else. We will not be returning.

Very accommodating, fantastic food, amazing service! We unfortunately arived just 20 min before closing, just as the young man was about to lock up. He greated us with a smile and invited us in. We offered to go elsewhere, but he would have non of that. Thanks for an amazing calzone.

I enjoyed talking to the owner. For awhile I passed the place and wanted to go in the past but I didnt go until we decided to tour montesano and find a place to eat. Owner is very friendly and sociable. Shes been in business for awhile. Very organized and cleanly there.

Bar is awful! Barmaid is more interested in chatting with friends and ex boyfriends than doing her job. Then to straight up lie about why youre not doing your job maybe a blind guy would believe you. Ill never be back or recommend this place to anyone
