The customer service was fine and the tables clean. However, the portions of eggs were skippy and the price you pay for the meal isnt at all what youd expect for the amount of food you recieve. The worst part though, is that they put butter on EVERYTHING. This is not stated on the menu and was very misleading for my best friend who is lactose intolerant. We expected to have a nice breakfast when instead the Original Pancake House could only offer her Toast and strawberries. Needless to say we will not be going back since they couldnt find a way to create a non-dairy EGG dish. Dont eat here if you have any dietary restrictions.

Food is of good quality, but is pricey for what it is - breakfast. Problem number 1 with the menu is that all crepes and pancakes are a la carte. Each of these items will run you about $10. Want bacon or potatoes with that? Add another $5.59 for each side. So a breakfast with pancakes, bacon and potatoes will run you over $20 - and you havent ordered coffee or juice yet. In addition, there were food particles stuck to both my fork and my water glass, which is a personal deal breaker for me. The food that was served was very tasty, but this is a breakfast place that is priced like a dinner place.

Arguably the best tasting breakfast in Maple Valley. During my 3 visits, the staff has always been friendly and very busy. If you are a couple looking for a leisurely breakfast, this is a great place to go. It generally takes around 2 hours to have breakfast here (even when there are available tables in the restaurant). Most of the time is spent waiting for seating, and service. One time, we waited 30 minutes in our seats for our order to be taken. Once your order is taken, the food comes fairly quickly. If you have young kids, you should probably bring snacks for them.

Went there with good hopes sat down and ordered a chicken fried steak. A few minutles later our waitress comes back and says sorry i forgot were out of chicken fried steak. I the tried to order biscuts and gravy and substitute the eggs for bacon and they said they cant substitute anything. Seeing as they dont have what we wanted to eat and forgot they were out i thought they would substitute but nope :) so wont be going back due to unfriendly service and overpriced food.

This was not the pancake house I grew up with. After 20 years of not stopping in I was disappointed to find the food went way south. Biscuits and gravy and coffee came to $18. It is over priced, the food is equal to Dennys and youre paying for the atmosphere. This is NOT where you stop if you want to grab breakfast before work. On the up side, they were the only real restaurant open in four corners at 0600.

Our favorite breakfast place ever!!!!! Great eggs Benedict when they cook it right. Only 3 stars because Service is consistently slow and in-attentive. Weve been going here for years and its not getting better. Its like your volunteering for a class of high school kids who want to enter the serving field. I agree prices are high, more coupon or Groupon opportunities would be nice.

Had breakfast here, had to return one plate because the scrambled eggs were running all over the plate, I was so excited about the potato pancakes only to be presented with sour greasy disgusting plate. Than literally ever minute someone interrupting of to ask if everything was ok. Terrible experience followed by a forty dollar bill for two, without drinks. Never again.

Our favorite local breakfast place with all day breakfast availability. They use the freshest, mostly locally sourced ingredients and the staff is friendly and attentive. The choices are everything from fluffy buttermilk pancakes to Dutch Baby pancakes (which are awesome) and giant omelettes. The orange juice is fresh squeezed and the fruit is amazing.

I was recommended this place by family. It was fantastic! The omelettes were extremely fluffy and large. The service was exceptionally attentive. But my favorite thing was that the toast comes with a bowl of jam that you can just dip the toast in instead of those cheap plastic packets of jam that you have to open 4 of just to get enough for your toast.

Favorite regular breakfast place for our family. Kids love the chocolate chip or strawberry pancakes. We love the coffee, thick crisp bacon, white cheddar omelette, and bucket-list worthy Apple Pancake (or Dutch Baby). We bought the mugs and get free coffees now. Almost all ingredients fresh it from scratch. Clean, spacious, friendly atmosphere.

Just keep moving. The menu maintains that their corn beef hash is handmade everyday but it was obviously from a can and had the texture of dog food. And the French toast was notably mediocre, made from grocery store Texas Toast. All in all a thoroughgoing disappointment and I did not consider it a useful spending of money.

Coming here for the first time and we were very pleased with great service. It was a busy morning but we did not wait long and breakfast was served promptly. Food was super delicious. Best egg Benedict Ive ever tried. We had their crab Benedict special and it was just delicious. Definitely coming back here.

The food was acceptable, though the menu says they will do substitutions (for an added price) I found them unwilling to do so. The menu feels like breakfast ala carte, but the restaurant doesnt feel like that kind of establishment. The service is friendly, but the food is hardly worth the wait.

Price too high for what you get at breakfast. Wait was extremely long despite restaurant being empty. The only good item was half burnt. Never filled our water. Waitress changed half way through and didnt acknowledge it? Weird. Not worth it.

Service was friendly, and the food was delicious. I ordered a glass of fresh OJ and the sausage links with 2 eggs. Instead of pancakes I substituted a waffle for a small upcharge ($2.50). All in all, a satisfying visit.

Pancakes were mediocre at best. We had so many servers coming to our table we never actually figured out who our server was. It was as if they didnt know who was assigned to our table. Definitely not worth the price!

First time weve ever been to an Original Pancake House. But it sure wont be our last. Absolutely delicious. The bacon was some of the best Ive ever had. And of course the pancakes were super!

The taste of the food was the only good experience. The cleanliness was terrible, the service was mediocre and the food was over priced. Had to ask for everything, staff seemed to be incompetent.

Good food and great service on a very busy sunny Sunday. Restaurant closing early today to pay respect to a coworkers recent family loss. Very nice touch for a business to do for its employees.

First time I visited the lady forgot to input my order. 45 minutes later someone else took my order, but got it wrong. Portions are small, but food is tasty. A bit too pricey for my taste.

Hands down, the best breakfast Ive ever had. The quality and service are consistently top notch. I could go on and on about this place but were on our way out the door to go EAT there :)
