The staff is very kind and we love the gelato. We far prefer it over ice cream. The only small issue I have is that it is quite expensive. A pint of ice cream in the grocery store is around $5, a pint of gelato at Nutty Squirrel is around $10. So when my family of 4 comes in and we all want different kinds, with tip that is spending $50. I would recommend running different specials. Such as buy one, get one half off. Hope this is helpful, as we are regular customers but would love to see some specials.

I love going to this location, the atmosphere is so chill but is so clean and professional. I usually come in when Natalia Stern is working, and I always receive the best service. Other people working there seem to just want me in and out, but she makes me feel so welcomed, attened for, and I can stay awhile. Im pretty picky when it comes to gelato, and she let me try a few flavors, she recommended the best ones to me and I was so satisfied. Love this location!

The Gelato is what it is..... but Id never been there before today, paid w a card and didnt provide any personal info yet received an email survey an hour later. Whatever their weird tactic was to obtain private info isnt appericiated..... I probably wont go back

You want to "seal the deal" on a date, or get the wife in a good mood, for the evening? Stop here before going home. Ask to sample, dont be bashful, the servers are generous. Tip jar-be a mensch. Enjoy. Pricey, but youre worth it. Recommended

Pretty good service, but Ive tried real Gelato and this place shouldnt even have Gelato in its name, its not bad icecream but its not even close to real Gelato. After you try the Gelato on Pikes Market youll never go back here.

Good gelato, but very expensive. I dont know why the are so stingy with the Gelato. Buy a pint, you get more for your money. You get your scoop and your disappointed ☹️

Great spot for kids. Has a train table and kid sized ring on the potty. Great ice cream and sorbet too!
