Let me just start by saying I am shocked at how I was treated tonight by napolis. Its one thing to make a mistake(who doesnt) its a completely different thing to take no responsibility for it and have such horrid customer service. I called and ordered around 6 and got my pizza about 30 minutes later. I was starving and when it didnt take as much time as quoted I was stoked. The driver was super nice, I even tipped him. So I spent 30$ on a pizza and tip. Mind you thats a good half a days work after taxes to most people. I open the box and bam! Half cheese and half pineapple but it was supposed to be half pepperoni. No big deal right? So I call and a girl answers and I tell her what happens and mid sentence she takes another call and completely ignores me. She gets back on the phone and asks me to repeat myself. At this point Im pretty pissed. So I ask what can be done, she says " we can give you a 5 dollar credit or something" uhm.. or something? Arent you a business? Anyways, super thrilled as you can tell, I ask for a manager. A gentleman no I wouldnt say that, some guy answers the phone and says, "hello" like he was stoned out of his gull. Anyways Im like. Hello? Hes all hey, and Im like, is this the manager ......? Hes all uh ....yeah. so by this point Im like playing a game trying to get some answers. He goes yeah I am, Im like "why didnt you say you were a manager?" Like hello this is so and so. Right?? Twighlight zone. I got nothing but excuses from the "manager" he said, I can credit your account. Im thinking my card so I said okay perfect finally. Then he goes so when you want to order through us again just let us know. Uh no ? I want my money, come get the wrong pizza you gave me. Nothing, he told me hes the owner and thats that. Really? Well, heres a little tip, bad service catches up to you. And thanks for losing a long time customer. Im super pissed. Words cant explain. From one business owner to another. Horrible. And the girl in the front, rude as hell. Ill never come here again and Ill be sure to share the news.

Its all about the pizza. The quintessential component of a good California pizza, in my mind, is the crust -- hearty, slightly chewy, and a crispness when you bite in. Napoli is all that. Plus theirs has a slight sourdough tinge-- a nice touch. Theyre one of few places that let you buy dough if you want to make your own pies. All of their meat and produce toppings are of expected good quality and good proportions. This is a small cozy family run place. Take out seems a big buisness component. A dining room is available but with a small number of tables. It’s size is more than made up for with its warm, hospitable and good service. Salads are okay. Pasta dishes are okay too. Ask for the family special it’s a good value or find a coupon.

Best pizza in Vacaville!. Weve been getting takeout/delivery for almost 8 years now and its our favorite in town. only complaint is that they did double charge us this past July. we didnt notice till we got our bankstatement and when "the manager" called us back he basically called my husband a liar. Luckily, Chase Bank let us dispute it with them and we got our money back. left a sour taste in our mouth for only a minute because they do have the best pizza. Felt that I did have to mention our complaint here because that was bad business and it should be noted. Maybe the "real" manager wasnt really there. Needless to say, we still think they are the best place for pizza in town.

A nice sit down, with waiter service, pizza restaurant. Pizza is delicious. They have a few beers on tap including Sierra Nevada and the Big Daddy IPA. They also rotate Berryessa Brewing Co into the mix. Pizza is made fairly quick. Only gave it 4 stars due to the price. Its a little bit on the pricier side, as it should, considering the waiting service and all. Bathrooms are very clean. Better than most pizza places around.

Amazing the servers are so nice the good is amazing. Just so you can all have a glimpse of my experience a nice elderly lady was eating and as she left the server ran from the back to open the door and after she left told the other staff she is one of the nicest old people. Great attitudes and amazing food cant beat it

We are from out of town and we were wanting some pizza. We found this place on google and went to see how it was. WE were overwhelmed when we ate here how good it was It is the best pizza we have ever had. We will for sure recomend this to those we know who are coming through here.

This was my first time going here, and it was excellent. They are in the process of renovating, but it didnt matter. The servers were very nice, and there wasnt a long wait for our food. I cant wait to go back again.
