We stopped in Maple Valley for lunch. Found Spring Kitchen by chance. It was excellent! Ordered sweet and sour chicken and teriyaki plate. It was delicious. A large scoop of rice, good size portion of both teriyaki and sweet and sour chicken, plus 2 pot stickers. My husband ordered the pho bowl. It came with fresh bean sprouts and basil leaves. We were both very impressed with the food and the service was great too.

The food at Spring Kitchen is so fresh and delicious. I grew up eating homemade food from scratch and this food tastes that fresh to me. Its my favorite takeout in Maple Valley. A word of advice: it seems like they dont have a ton of employees for when you dine in so I experienced quite a wait. But I still give them five stars for their delicious food! Its worth the wait in my book!

The food was good enough. I didnt enjoy the teenage "manager" telling me how fabulous she was since she was a model. She also told me not to tip in electronically because the money goes straight to the owners instead of her. Food was good enough, you got quite a bit for the price. But I would say order ahead if you dont enjoy teenagers trying to convince you they are amazing.

Pho was great after a little lime and sriracha, potstickers were excellent, iced coffee was perfect and not too sweet. Would definitely come again. Only reason for the 4 stars is they only have smoothie style boba tea, instead of a regular style milk tea. Its ok though!

We ordered spare ribs. The flavor was good the presentation was nice. We were served 2 spareribs 2 orders each on each plate one rib was meat the second rib was all fat. I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth. Not gonna return. Left hungry and unsatisfied.

I absolutely love this place! I come here with my boyfriend all the time and its our favorite resteraunt. The servers are so nice and upbeat, I havent had one bad meal here. Everything is excellent! 12/10 recommend!

Best place ever! Friendly and super fast service. My mom and I ordered 3 things and it all came in under 5 minutes. Its always clean and quiet. Perfect serving sizes and prices. Love this place so much.

For me, its the local Phó place. I like the ox tail phó. I wife likes the noodle salad. Ive never had a bad meal, and prices are reasonable. Recommended.
