Absolutely DISGUSTING!! I ordered a chicken teriyaki burger and the piece of "chicken" was more like a paper thin slice of chicken fat..... We also ordered a double cheese burger and bacon cheese burger, both of which were dry and flavorless and THE BACON CHEESE BURGER DIDNT HAVE ANY BACON!!! Not sure how you even mess that one up but they managed it. The mozzarella sticks were still 90% frozen and the fries were cold and tasted like fish.... I called and asked for a refund, the lady that I talked to was very rude and make me feel like I was asking for the moon on a platter... I ended up having to dig through the garbage to find the remnants of "food" and brought it back to prove how inedible this meal was. The woman then tried to argue that it was my fault that the food was cold and disgusting and that if I had just come in and sat down I wouldnt have had this problem..... Needless to say, after that, I was beyond fed up with this place. I played nice until I was refunded in full and then left with no intention of ever returning....

Food was bigger and more than I expected. the fries was defiantly filling in a huge pack. I paid $9.89 total for my whole meal with drink too and added extras like grilled onions and mushrooms on my buger and extra slice of cheese added, so the cost was worth the order. The asian staff and management was laid back and nice and very customer oriented. The environment and tables were clean. The tv played a baseball game, and when E.D Sharons song "the shape of you" came on the radio they turned down the tv so the customers can hear, and the workers danced to it some and like that song too. My only problem was trying to stuff all the food in my stomach In a 10mins span. Great place to eat, Great food. Has about 36 if not more diffrebt food choices and/or combos on the bored and teriyaki of diffrent flavors.

Spicy chicken is one of my favorite teriyaki dishes of all time, but its not always done right. The good places dont fully cook the chicken before sauteeing it with the spicy sauce to prevent it from being overcooked and dry. Unfortunately, Monster Burger does this essentially making the chicken stringy and tough. Some might be wondering why would I get teriyaki at a burger shop, but most of the people there were enjoying teriyaki rather than a burger so I figured Id give it a try.

Just order "spicy teriyaki" to go. Get home and its not teriyaki at all. Its a fajita sauce with onions and peppers mixed in it. Almost want to drive back and give it back because it is definately not what we ordered. Wont ever be coming back. When one thinks spicy teriyaki, they think its a teriyaki sauce with a hint of spice to it. This is not even close to a teriyaki sauce and thats whats its called on the menu.

When we crave a nice burger out we eat here. Wonderful Burgers, great fries, and generous portions. I fed my wife, three boys and I for $40. Nice menu with some asian dishes in addition to great burgers. To all you silly people over at Red Robin stop wasting your time and money and come just down the street around the back side of the Commons Mall beside the DMV to eat here.

Terrible orange chicken taste more like Chihuahua than it does chicken, not a single crispy bite all super soggy. Plus there was hardly any chicken I had just as many oranges as I had chicken. I also chipped my tooth on a chicken bone. Never revisiting this place again. Good customer service but terribly prepared good. Id rather spend my money at McDonalds.

Im blown away at how amazing this place was for the price. Most of their combos (burger, fries and a drink) are cheaper than McDonalds and everything is home cooked! On top of that the staff (some Asian lady) was so nice, she took my order and brought the food out with a smile :) Ill definitely be making this a regular eat.

The place is always freezing inside even during the summer, and I dont know if Im going to a burger place or a flower nursery with all vines and trees everywhere. Im not a big fan of a la carte, like being nickle and dime to death. And the menu is far bigger than it needs, and shows in food quality.

I have come here on several occasions, and have never been disappointed. The family that runs thus business is extremely friendly, and the food is good. Prices are very reasonable, and portion size is ridiculously large. Best teriyaki and burger joint in Federal Way. :-)

This could possibly be the best bang for your buck burger in the South sound. I had the standard monster burger and it was perfect. They also have a large selection of creative burgers and other interesting menu options, but I was there for the burgers.

Everything is amazing there. The burgers are good, milkshakes are amazing and their fries are to die for. Definetely my favorite place to eat and every since they added teriyaki and other stuff now I have more selection on what to eat everyday.

Family owned business My family LOVES to come here because of the variety of food. Burgers, Fish and Chips, and Teriyaki. The place is very kid friendly. No WiFi. Great drink selection. Meal specials on the board next to the soda Fountain .

Food took FOREVER. Came for pickup and it took easily an hour. With a crying infant in the car? Never again. The food was yummy I got pineapple chicken and it was good but I wouldnt do that wait ever again for that food.

The owners are kind and always smiling. Rare to find a great place like this nowadays that isnt some chain. Food is excellent. I love the bbq burger, but their Philly is really tasty too!
