I am a frequent customer here, every time I come whether it be for lunch or dinner I have never been disappointed. I am always greeted with a smile and a "goodbye, see you next time" when I leave.The same couple works the restaurant every weekday including Saturday, and has the food prepared in a very short amount of time. Do not even consider any other burger place in town, Flame Burger Plus IS THE DEFINITION OF A FRESH INCREDIBLY TASTY BURGER! their fries and secret sauce are to die for. I have no intentions of leaving! I remember when they opened and I am very happy to see their business is very successful.

Burgers were super solid in the vein of your traditional asian burger hut. Ordered a cali avocado burger, avo was super fresh and flavorful. Burger was a big stack, fresh veggies all over it. Meat wasnt fresh mever frozen but was very good nonetheless. Fries are a letdown, crinkle cut commerical grade. Not terrible, but not nearly as good as the burger. As a plus they serve unlimited chilled secret sauce, a nice departure from most places charging .25 a small cup.

An Asian couple runs this place. Just two people. Thats it, as far as I can tell. And I swear they make the best burgers. The meat is delicious. The toppings are quality. But if theres something they do very well... Its the fries. I once got fries there and had to handle some stuff at home. Took it to go. After 20 minutes of being in the bag, they were still crispy and delicious. Legit, if you like Five Guys, go here instead. This place is rad.

Always friendly and happy to see us. The food tastes much better than fast food, and better than many sit down restaurant chains, but the price is about the same as Jack in the Box or Wendys. Expect to wait a bit when they get busy - its just the two of them - but its always worth waiting for.

Best burger place in Federal Way IMO they make their burgers fresh and the owner is really nice not only that its not too far from my house which makes it that much more amazing! Get the mushroom swiss with bacon best thing youll taste!

It was busy. We were first in line. Waited 3 mins and my son had to use the bathroom came back out and there were 5 people in line now...we were never acknowledged from the start. We left and went to Hans burgers which is 5 mins away.

They have an amazing Philly cheese steak that is so large it makes two meals! My husband loves the BBQ burger. We enjoy the owners, too, and are beginning to think of them as friends. They work HARD!! Give it a try.

Eat here way too much. Cheap for the portion size. Nice flame broiled burger and a ton of steak fries for just 7$. Really good poppers and they serve everything fresh.
