Basically awful. We were told to "sit anywhere". Yeah. Every table was either occupied or full of dirty dishes. Someone finally cleared the table and we waited and waited and waited (25 minutes) for our orders to be taken. Finally a really unfriendly girl came. Didnt bring water, didnt bring our drinks. Finally the food came - the food was about what we expected. Then we waited for another 15 minutes after we were finished for the waitress to walk the 10 feet to bring the bill. We were in there well over 90 minutes for burgers and a coke. And - this is the best part - what I signed on my credit card slip is NOT what I was charged. And I cant get a hold of anyone at that location to ask why they fraudulently charged more than I authorized. Would not recommend.

Very slow, actually extremely slow. Had to ask what we need to do to order. Was told someone would be with us soon and then the same person came later. 14 minutes until our order was taken and 18 until served. And that was to get the first half. The balance came 6 minutes later. I know the time because we where needing to get to a concert and on a schedule. We also said we where in a hurry... How long we asked and they said 10-15 minutes. Asked for the check 4 times. Wanted to review it. It was accurate. Food was okay 2.5. Service was 1.5

Ive never had such an amazing experience which entitled a kick ass movie that me and my wife decided to see after eating. We absolutely loved it but it couldnt compare to the most impeccable burgers and the heavenly shakes and hands down the service couldnt have been any better, those servers need a raise and i would of tipped better but ran out of money. Will definitely be going back there every chance I get.

Food was good. We had bacon cheese single with fries and my friend ordered meatless slider and fries. Cute little smily face condiment cup. Service was a little slow. Theres a bunch of people working but not many coming to the table to help. Took ten min before we got a menu. Burger was big. Fries portion kinda small. It was a good dinner for an every once in awhile outing. Catch dinner and a movie.

This restaurant is hilariously taking more than 10 minutes to hand menus and to take orders. No one here actually knows what they are doing and never pays attention to customers needs unless I raise my hand three times or more. Im sorry to say this place completely sucks. Will not recommend to anyone. If you ever get a chance to be here, go to Din Tai Fung on the other side of the floor.

Its alright. Very expensive for a burger, drinks (soda) and fries.. Our tab came out to $35 + tip for the two of us. Wish we wouldve went to Red Robin. Fries arent even included with the cost of the burger. The food came out pretty fast and the waiter was nice.

The place is clean and nice. The staff is friendly and quick with serving you. Dont like the chairs too much as they are not really all that comfortable. Food is good but some items are priced pretty high. Shakes are wonderful as well as the burgers.

Come here for greasy spoon food and service with upscale portions and prices. Save yourself $6 and eat fast food. They advertise big burgers but these things are puny. 3rd time there with bad slow food and Im never going back.

I dont like the vibe in the place, nor do I like the smell! The chicken tenders arent as good as the ones I had at Johnny Rockets in Hoboken New Jersey! Seattle isnt a place to eat East Coast food. It just aint!

Eh. Venues nice, but the burgers arent anything to write home about. Kinda on the smallish side, and all i could taste was were condiments. Fries are bland.Was also charged extra for someone elses order.

Manager is awful, only had 2 waiters in the entire restaurant while it was packed.. felt so bad for the waiters working their tails off, but the service was extra slower then it should be.
