Robin is the name of several fictional superheroes appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was originally created by Bob Kane, Bill Finger, and Jerry Robinson, to serve as a junior counterpart to superhero Batman. The team of Batman and Robin is commonly referred to as the Dynamic Duo or the Caped Crusaders. The characters first incarnation, Dick Grayson, debuted in Detective Comics #38 (April 1940). Conceived as a vehicle to attract young readership, Robin garnered overwhelmingly positive critical reception, doubling the sales of the Batman related comic books.[1] The early adventures of Robin included Star Spangled Comics #65–130 (1947–1952), which was the characters first solo feature. Robin made regular appearances in Batman related comic books and other DC Comics publications from 1940 through the early 1980s until the character set aside the Robin identity and became the independent superhero Nightwing. The characters second incarnation Jason Todd debuted in Batman #357 (1983). This Robin made regular appearances in Batman related comic books until 1988, when the character was murdered by the Joker in the storyline "A Death in the Family" (1989). Jason would later find himself alive after a reality changing incident, eventually becoming the Red Hood. The premiere Robin limited series was published in 1991 which featured the characters third incarnation Tim Drake training to earn the role of Batmans vigilante partner. Following two successful sequels, the monthly Robin ongoing series began in 1993 and ended in early 2009, which also helped his transition from sidekick to a superhero in his own right. In 2004 storylines, established DC Comics character Stephanie Brown became the fourth Robin for a short duration before the role reverted to Tim Drake. Damian Wayne succeeds Drake as Robin in the 2009 story arc "Battle for the Cowl". Following the 2011 continuity reboot "the New 52", Tim Drake was revised as having assumed the title Red Robin, and Jason Todd, operating as the Red Hood, was slowly repairing his relationship with Batman. Dick Grayson resumed his role as Nightwing and Stephanie Brown was introduced anew as Spoiler once again in the pages of Batman Eternal (2014). The 2016 DC Rebirth continuity relaunch starts off with Damian Wayne as Robin, Tim Drake as Red Robin, Jason Todd as Red Hood, and Dick Grayson as Nightwing. Robins have also been featured throughout stories set in parallel worlds, owing to DC Comics longstanding "Multiverse" concept. For example, in the original Earth-Two, Dick Grayson never adopted the name Nightwing, and continues operating as Robin into adulthood. In the New 52s "Earth-2" continuity, Robin is Helena Wayne, daughter of Batman and Catwoman, who was stranded on the Earth of the main continuity and takes the name Huntress.[2]

Called in an order to go at 1:55pm for 2 salads. They said give us 20 minutes, I arrived in lobby at 2:00 was directed by a very pleasant hostess to wait and she would check. Told me a few more minutes. By 2:20 she went back to check again, they are just getting it ready is what she told me. At 2:30 I asked her if it typically takes 40 minutes to get 2 salads, she went back and a couple minutes later a young lady came out with the food and the check. "Sorry about the wait but one of the guys in the back said they came and asked for you but no one was out here". I and the hostess both confirmed that didnt happen, the young lady then asked me "so what do you want me to do about it?" Being very frustrated at that point I said "nothing" and gave her my card. She walked it back, tossed my card and the ticket on the counter and walked away. I looked at the hostess who again was watching all of this and I said loudly "thank you but I need a pen to sign" hostess found one but the young girl was apparently done with me. I walked out door and then walked back in - told hostess I wanted the charges reversed and they could keep the food. A manager finally came out said I could keep the food, no charge and I said no thank you. I would not take any food and I mentioned the young girls attitude and the hostess again confirmed all of it with the man. Finally another gentleman came out and gave me my credit back and apologized. I told him it might be good for the young girl and a couple other staff to not talk about customers where customers can hear them complain. It was unfortunate that this girl who clearly needs more training in dealing with customers ended this transaction so very poorly. I will eat at RR again but this time poor service and very poor attitude from girl handling situation. A+ to the hostess who was very helpful, understanding and was trying to do what she could. The two gentlemen who did come and talk to me were both very professional and understanding.

This place is such a joke. If the high prices for mediocre quality doesnt turn you away the corporate business feel probably will. They dont carry any unique beer, just over prices coors and bud light on their "all day happy hour". Their touch screens literally charge you for everything, like if Im already buying beer and a huge meal with sides dont you think you could spare me the 2 dollars to play some damn trivia with my wife? If thats not enough for you their service is probably the biggest joke of all. I mentioned my wife is pregnant and feeling sick and asked to get the fries to my order early but they said they cant do that and have to charge me 2 bucks for a side, which okay whatever. Their all young kids, which is fine except for the fact they run a restaurant like a fast food joint. Everything is noticeably dirty especially the glasses and silverware. They messed up my order, I asked for a black and blue burger and I got the regular blue cheese burger and my wife got a gourmet burger but he gave us the wrong kind, she had asked for sauce on the side which we didnt get. The waiter at the bar didnt even write anything down and another coworker tried to ask him something in the middle of our order and he rudely talked to her across the bar for a second. All they offered us was to remake our order but my wife had to be to work soon so that wasnt an option. Which sucks because she is pregnant and it made her feel sick since we waited so long without eating. Best part? They didnt offer us ONE single thing. The manager just said "oh well Im sorry". I regret not making a bigger deal of it. You know its a dirty place when they remodel the lobby but dont even touch the kitchen. This is the first time I have had my day genuinely ruined by a restaurant. You have no idea the hell I had to pay after we left. Thanks red robin. F****ng thanks.

I only give our experience a 1 star due to our waiter. The fact that it was a Sat night at 5pm and they gave my birthday table of 16 people 1 waiter was ridiculous! He also had another big table besides ours. They were positively under staffed for a busy Sat dinner hour. It took us over 2hrs to get our dinner finished. I myself and other members of the party were given wrong things on our orders. They were sent back and this time on my order I didnt get the cheese I paid a $1 for. My drink refill was incorrect also. Other guests at my table were given the absolute wrong food orders. There were many of us that had cold fries. The dipping sauce wasnt delivered until we were done with what fries we wanted to eat. There is no excuse for a large well known restaurant to be understaffed and get so many orders wrong in the kitchen. We have been regulars of this restaurant but none of my party will go back in the near future. When I did call to tell the manager what had happened, he just asked if I had told the manager that night. I hadnt because I didnt know all of the problems that happened to all my guests until after we left due to the size of the table. That being said the manager I talked to about this situation just said " sorry" He did not offer any compensation for the inadequate meals at the restaurant. I guess if thats how the management feels no wonder the dinner was so bad!
