Really wanted to love this place. The concept is great, but the execution... not so much. Wife, daughter and I went there at dinnertime, ordered burgers, deluxe, no cheese for my wife, single for my daughter, and Five-Oh, no spam, no slaw, add lettuce for me, plus fries and drinks all around. After the guy taking our order handed me my drink, I stepped over to the drink machine. My daughter came over, nearly in tears because the jerk at the counter told her she didnt order a drink or fries. I was standing right there when she said it. Then they had the nerve to ring me up for them. Most places would just comp them if it is their mistake, but whatever. Meanwhile, my wife had gone off to the ladies room where she discovered there were no paper towels. While I was ordering fries for my daughter, my wife walked up and told the jerk behind the counter that there were no paper towels in the ladies room. He says theres none in the store--at all. And says theyll be getting some tomorrow, when their truck comes. Hello! Health-code violation! So we sit down at the table and wait for our food. It comes in a reasonable amount of time, and the fries are tasty, but my burger is wrong. It still has the spam on it...gross. Who eats SPAM? Im a big boy, though, so I pick it off and leave it on the tray. After we eat, I go to the mensroom and Im standing there, doing what you do in the mensroom and Im looking at the wall and I start to notice the little specks of feces and Im thinking, has this room EVER been cleaned. Ew. So I wash my hands and dry them off with a paper towel--wait a minute... a paper towel! Since our discussion at dinner had revolved around the paper towel situation, when I went out I spoke to the manager about there being no paper towels in the ladies room. He gave me a lame excuse about them being, "screwed" by their truck, and that theyd have them tomorrow. I mentioned that they are required by LAW to have them and he shrugged it off and said theyd have some tomorrow. I told him the Health Department would shut him down if they saw that and he laughed it off and said what is he supposed to do. I mentioned that theres a Dollar Tree around the corner, and he still didnt get it, so I let it go and walked away. So sorry we ate there. Red Robin would have been a better value. 3 burgers, (1 a double), 3 fries, 3 sodas, over 45 dollars! There are way better places to eat in the general vicinity. Try one of them instead.

I actually looked on the website to see if there was an email that I could send to the owners ( why not??) however there is not so I am going to leave a review here. The core burger is really good. The patty has a great grilled flavor that really is one of the best quick burgers I have had. This place is in my neighborhood and easy to get to. I would be happy to go here more often. This place reminds me of Kitchen Nightmares after the makeover. The interior is great, interesting, attractive and has little thoughtful ideas like chargers at each table. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the menu and when it comes out right its really good. The flavors and quality when it meets it are worth a little extra charge. However, like kitchen nightmares, they have the old staff that did not know or care to know about the menu and how each burger should be made. Their does not seem to be any management around. I don’t think I have been here and have my burger come out as special requested or more critically, per the menu. I have been here a lot This has happened every visit. I have actually had ingredients from different styles of burgers switched up. The wrong sauces/ the wrong toppings. I have also had issues such as the chicken sandwich, instead of a patty, I had four broken pieces of fried chicken that were very small and would not stay on the sandwich. They have no real quality control to make sure that the sandwich/side orders come out correctly. It has been long enough after their opening that they should be on top of this. I hope this place improves as the basic sandwich has so much promise, otherwise the new five guys across the street will easily get everyones business. It got me tonight, so I thought I would let them know why.

This used to be my favorite place to eat. Sadly to say it has gone downhill big time in the recent months. When my wife and I first started coming here the burgers were huge! They were truly works of art. recently the burger portions have gotten much smaller. The past 2 times I went in my order was made incorrect. I asked for a egg on my early bird that wasnt too runny. The egg on the burger I had before was close to raw. When my burger arrived the egg was super well done and it was dripping in the maple bacon sauce to the point I used a massive wad of napkins to remove some of it. The next time I ordered, I asked for no maple bacon sauce at all. When the burger arrived it had maple bacon sauce on it. We have also noticed many things have been done to cut costs. There used to be nice wooden knives with each burger to hold the sandwich together and or cut it. Now just a toothpick. The drink machine used to be nice with tons of flavors. Now it has the standard 5 drinks. All of the burgers except for 2 used to be 6 dollars every Wednesday, now its only about 5 burgers to choose from that are 6 dollars and they are not the popular ones. Last night I ordered a mac n cheese burger. The meat patty was very small and dry and the burger itself was plain and small. I hope one day this place can go back to what it once was. I used to go once a week. Now Im not going for a long while.

This place is pricy. I ordered the 12s burger. It cost 10 dollar for the burger and comes with no fries or drink. I ordered 2 of the 12s burger and 1 fries. It came out to 26.68 pretty pricy..... I didnt mind at first assuming from the pictures i was gonna get a premium gourmet burger. So i paid ask for it togo because i was in a hurry "lunch break" he asked for my name i gave it to him and took a seat... As i sat there watching all the food come out, i was pretty excited. It looked good. So i waited and waited and waited. Food kept coming out to orders before me then orders after me..... I waited some more.... after 40 mins of waiting i got tired of waiting because i have to go back to work.... I walked up front counter asked for refund explained why ive been here 40+ mins and every1 who ordered after me was geting all there food but me.... They pulled up a manager and he refunded me. When i explained the description of the man who took my order. The manager said he left a while a ago..... smh...They were quick to take my money but my order was never placed.... wtf. That was a first and will be my last time going there...... smh shity as service.
