0700 appt. Got in at 0630. Unloaded by 0815. People were professional. There is on-site overnight parking. Big mall next door with many stores and restaurant, movie theater. You may or may not be charged a lumped few. I didnt pay one. I was on the dry side

Had a 9am appointment, backed in the door,dock light turned red at 9am . At 12:15 they were FINALLY finished. We only had 5 pallets. Prepare to bring a lunch and set here a while, they are as slow as molasses in January in Alaska.

Had a 9 am appt. Backed into the door at 8:45, by 10:38 they finished taking 5 pallets off my trailer, then the lumper went to lunch with my paperwork, so i sat there another half hour waiting on my paperwork

Have never seen such lazy people. The employees are not paid well. So they wont work well. A 1 hour job is stretched to 4 so they can get hours. But iam sure the CEO knows this idiots

It was live load and I checked in around 8:30 appointment was at 10 they asked me to wait there. Assigned door 9:50 then they took another 2:30 minutes to unload.
