Avoid this place if youre not use to cramped spaces and loud busy sounds. We came here on a busy Friday but was quickly seated. I was taken aback a bit because Im use to more upscale dining, not to be all snobbish about it, but after several people recommending me this place and a few persistent coworkers, I caved in and decided to try this place out. Holy cow it was loud and the booth we sat in was pretty small, not something I was use to, BUT the food and the waiters won me over. Im pretty sure most of the food they served, the portion is much bigger than what its worth. The waiters that serve are work as a team making sure that youre comfortable and have everything you need and try to put a smile on your face by acting goofy sometimes. They gave us extra sauces for our chips, extra chips, extra tortillas, extra extra extra. I dont remember if it was all for free, but doesnt hurt to ask really. This place has some good margaritas from what my coworkers told me and my daiquiri was so delicious. If youre driving home or not really a drinker, get a size small otherwise medium is really the way to go unless you have a group of party that you dont mind sharing drinks, get the large and have a blast. Its a place where people go to have some good food at good prices, good drinks, and good laughs, but its not a good place to bring for a first date for first impressions.

We found a new favorite! Like JL, we all agreed, very friendly staff, nice environment. Thats where the agreement with him ends. JL, was disappointed because he was served a Pepsi instead of a coke? If he is that picky, why didn;t he bother to ASK if it was COKE or Pepsi product? And, small portions? Not sure what he ordered but most of us couldnt finish our meal and had yummy left overs. As for CJs and STs comment on the white sauce tasting like mayo...um, thats because it is mayo based sauce (similar to salad dressing) that some people like with chips...look it up. As for STs complaint about "runny salsa"...again, its NOT salsa, more likely, Picante. Ask the waiter before you complain. And finally, pregnant and wanting a cigarette? Dont blame the food...

This place is absolutely phenomenal! My husband loves Mexican food, and over the past decade weve been together, weve been to just about every Mexican restaurant around, and I always dreaded it because I didnt like the food at any of them. Las Palmas changed that. Im in love with it now! Every dish has been amazing, but my favorite is the humble burrito, that theyve elevated to a whole new level. Not to mention youre greeted with the best salsa youll ever try! Be warned though, its very addictive! :)

Ive been here 2 times before and tonight was by far the worst. I ordered 3 cheese enchiladas and they were so salty I was barely able to eat one. I had my friend with me and I asked him to try the enchiladas and he had the same immediate response. I had asked for it to be taken off my bill but they had told me since I ate it; mind you I only ate one of the three they took $2 off. Not to mention the bad attitude I received from several of the staff members that I wasnt pleased with the food.

I decided within the first 10 mins, that this is my regular Mexican restaurant. Staff is ALL polite, helpful and warm with their greetings. You really feel at home. Now the food: phenominal! I couldnt reach for a complaint! I think Ill do this at least once a week. Youll get full for around $10. Pleasant atmosphere, i WAS alone, but i never waited for ANYTHING at 7pm on a Monday, and its a touch busy...

I waited a long time to be seated. Then I waited a long time to be served. However, once service began it was consistent and quick. The food was delicious, no issues there. They need another hostess if the one is busy ringing up customers or let a wait staff do double duty if she is busy. This is not rocket science. I would go back for the food.

Just left there and it was not good. The white sauce tasted like nothing more than mayo, the salsa was runny and bland and the guacamole was flavor-less. My pregnant wife hated it and didnt finish. She said she was suddenly craving a cigarette to get the taste out of her mouth (she doesnt smoke). We will not be returning.

People at the front were nice guy that took our order Antonio was arrogant and not friendly at all the steak tacos were flavorless I ordered corn tortillas they gave me flour normally wouldnt complain but its the second time they did this in a week would not recommend the food!! Drinks look good though

Javier, Omar and the rest of the crew . . . wow. We leave here every time feeling like family. Welcoming, jovial, fun, dedicated. These folks now how to run a business. Simple put, they are amazing. Love being there. Oh and did I mention the food is amazing? Because it is authentic and wondeful.

The food is mostly basic Mexican style, which is good with a few speciality dishes, which are a treat. My favorite is the Mexico city taco special, which includes 3 authentic tacos with different meats. The service is fast, and they are friendly and make us aware that they remember us each time.

This place. We dine here as a family at least two days a week. The staff is amazing, the food is delicious, and the prices/ambiance are fantastic. My favorite is the tacos de camarones - Im a shrimp taco expert and these are among the best... on either coast. Love this place!

Yaaaasss! This place is so good. The food is incredible! I recommend the tacos de pollo asada with extra tomatillo (sp?) Salsa. The staff is also quick and attentive to special requests (like allergy issues) and very friendly. Cant recommend eating here enough!

We love this place! Last night was our familys second trip there. The food was excellent, but what makes it even better is fantastic service and a staff that really seems to enjoy themselves, which makes for a great environment. Go, eat and enjoy!!!

Good Tex Mex style Mexican food. Ive ordered several different items off the menu and they have all been very satisfying. I saw the bartender making a margarita and it had a can of red bull in it dont know what it was but Im trying that next time!

My wife and I had the 45 ounce margaritas. We we SO gone after that. Then the food came. I jad the Brian Special with Shrimp. Order this trust me you will not regret it. Excellent food and excellent drinks. We had a great time ar Las Palmas.

The best Food and Service is given from the time you walk in the door. Customer service and welcoming atmosphere from beginning to end. Not to mention the military discount they give you makes it all worth going time and time again.
