Working here was terrible they take half of your tips for people who make min wage when your a server you get absolutely no paycheck you get cursed out just about everyday you work there unless your sleeping with managment they talk about every single customer that walks in especially if your not dressed to perfection in there the managers go in the kitchen and get drunk and party in the back of the restaurant like thats an okay thing to do there very unprofessional and even if a customer just doesnt like the food they ordered well there server pays for every penny to be honest I wouldnt let my dog work or go to a restaurant like this one and when your food is ready the food runners pick through peoples food takes pieces of chicken or steak with there hands thats disgusting neither less one of the worst things is while the waitresses are in the back getting drinks or something for there table they get grabbed at in inappropriate places and flirted with non stop

This place was amazing!!! By far the best Mexican eatery Ive been to very very clean, quiet, and classy looking. Great price and you get a lot of food for your buck. The food was fresh and made perfect. Mine came out nice and hot and looked like a 5 star plate. The menu had a large variety of foods. The whole time I was savoring everything on my plate, it was absolutely delicious!!! One of the best parts about our experience at Plaza Aztecs was out waiter. He was extremely polite, checked on us and made sure we didnt need anything more. He was fast at serving us and just all in all great great service. I wish I could remember his name, but he was server #28. I am so very pleased. I am not from North Carolina, originally from NY and service in N.Y. is nothing like it is in NC. My experience here was amazing. I will definitely be coming back next time we visit

The food, staff, and service were amazingly awesome!!! My daughter had a birthday party there and the Manager and staff accommodated us to the upmost. I am happy to know that I can go to a restaurant and dont have anything to complain about. The place was very, very clean and beautifully coordinated. Good job to Junior, the dj and Blair (waitress). I would highly recommend this restaurant. Thanks guys

I had a special order for my wife who wanted take out so I went into the restaurant to place the order so I wait a few minutes they bring me my food and when I get home it is exactly the way I did not order it wen I called to tell them the manger said yea we are having a off night in the kitchen no offer to replace it no offer of a refund nothing

Ive been in Elizabeth City for close to 6 months now and never bothered to stop and eat here until last night. I would honestly say this was a shocker with how appealing our plates looked. To top it all off, it was twice as delicious as it looked.

We went for lunch and it was pretty standard. I dont expect a hit it out of the park experience at lunch time anyway, though. Server was eager to please (Alejandro) and did a nice job. Ask for the "fresh" hot sauce. Very good.

My wife and I ordered a 50 dollar meal and these geniuses tried charging us a $1.00 "pick up fee" for ordering takeout. Never told us, and when I asked where they have it posted they did not. Will not order from here again.

Staff are always welcoming and pleasant. To us, the food is by far the best than other same food restaurants & their presentation as well. Neat and clean. Bathroom sink area can use fixing up but still its clean.
