On August 20th I went with 3 of my friends over to TGI Fridays in the Chase Field and was treated so poorly by the employees. We got there 30 minutes before closing so I assumed this is why employees were a bit frustrated but if youre going to work in this industry, dont be stupid enough to show it. When we arrived, a waitress looked at my friends and I as we were being seated and said "Are they really doing this" and then went back and told the bartender and cook and I could hear her clearly telling them about how we are about to eat and theyre about to close, in a very rude tone. She later came up to us and acted as if she was being friendly then sarcastically said "dont you know were trying to close?" And we responded with "yes but we still have 30 minutes" all she said was "mmm" and said our waiter will be with us. She also said the cooks/waiter is going to "hate" us because we were going to order TGIs new promotion "endless apps." After we began to eat, at about 8:50, a cook with no front tooth came out from the kitchen and stood in the middle of the bar and rang a large iron bell very loudly multiple times while staring at us, claiming that this was him letting us know it was time to go. He was laughing as he told another employee what he was doing. It was very uncomfortable being there and having the employees giving us dirty looks and attitude. The waitresses name was Kacey and the cooks name was Paul... TGI maybe you should reconsider their employment. In all honesty, Ive had 100x better costumer service at a McDonalds.

I came with my buddies for guys night. I went to the restaurant on Happy Valley previously and had a great time. As soon as we came in to the downtown location, our bartender was less than pleasant. We asked a few basic questions about the menu and didnt get a complete answer as she walked away mid-sentence. Keep in mind, we were there on a Wednesday night along with maybe 4 other guests total. Already not feeling it, we started with waters. After sitting for about 15 minutes, I nearly finished my water while waiting to order my food. After ordering, I finished my water and asked for a refill. She said shed be right back with it. She tends to the other guests beverage needs, and walks by my empty cup again. I loudly slurped my cup of ice (at this point) and was ignored again. After the 3 of us ran out of water, one of us ordered a beer. She went to get the beer and refilled our waters. After a long wait, the food came out. After a few minutes, our bartender grabbed a small glass, printed the bill, without asking if we were separate or together. I then found a hair in my food. I understand things happen, so I threw that piece to the side and continued. I then found ANOTHER hair. The bartender got her manager and who told me that it probably came off her shirt. She then kept apologizing. I said it was fine, but I feel like my body language really showed that I was upset. I dont know if it was the food or the service that upset me more, but TGI Fridays is ruined for me.

Had a new server who didnt understand English well. We were accused of trying to get our meal for free!!! Which was heartbreaking since we had planned on spending up to $100 to have fun!!! The server didnt understand anything we asked for & it was a horrible experience to be accused of something we would NEVER DO!!! The Manager did apologize and when I come again I will ask for him to take our order. :-) The food is excellent as always and we come all the way from Green Valley for special occasions. I have confidence the manager will be able to take care of our order next time. The previous server should not be waiting on customers if he has such a negative attitude & was too prideful to admit he couldnt understand English well enough to serve.

Honestly if I could rate this place a 0 I would. My husband and I came into on 08/31/2017 for our anniversary dinner. Our waitress was uptight and had an attitude with us. We ordered the Chilli Cheese Nachos for an appetizer, and the chili and the cheese tasted very old and gross. Then I ordered the Jack Daniels grilled chicken and it was drier than the Sahara desert. And my husband ordered the Jack Daniels burger which was burnt to high hell. When we talked to the Kitchen Manager he was very polite and comped our meal for us. But shortly after we left, we both got very very sick and had to cut our anniversary date short. Dont think Im even going to be eating here again.

I was at a conference at the Phoenix Convention Center, and decided to go to lunch with a few girls here. It took an hour and a half to get appetizers that were cold! Terrible service. The waitress kept coming to our table saying another 10-15 minutes. She did that 4 times! When we called the manager to our table she said "this is the best we can do". Really?? They were called in advanced to be notified about the huge conference in town, so they could prepare. The year before they ran out of food. I will not eat here again or recommend this restaurant again.

I ordered a Cesaer Salad with the dressing on the side, when I got it, it was soaked in dressing. I didnt want to make a deal about it as it already took a while for our food, so I decided to eat it anyways, come to find out they gave me a spicy dressing that tasted terrible, I couldnt even eat it. I told the server it didnt taste right and he just gave me the check instead of offering a different salad. Id rather just drive the extra 30 minutes to a different TGI

Amazing views down onto the field. Quickly seated with ZERO wait time. Our servers were friendly and all smiles, their service impeccable, and the food provided delicious! All our endless apps were prepared to perfectionism at its finest and were even plated nice. All the tvs were crisp hd. Their bar is clean and some great local beers on tap! Now Im Planning a game day outting here for my whole family this year.

The joke that the chef here is chef is named Mike and that he has an Indian sous chef might be very close to truth. Premade, pre portioned food that is prepared by chefs Mike (MICROWAVE) and Chef Deep (fryer). But I guess it is a good place to eat bar food after your palate has been killed by expensive beer at the ballpark.

Food was great. But the chick with the black hair and glasses who sat us in the window area was a jerk. Looked me and my 11 year old daughter up and down and pretty much threw our menus at us. I explained to our waitress what happen and she said "yea shes new and not the friendliest... Wont go back.

This is the best service Ive ever gotten from all the TGIs Ive been to! We were seated outside when we didnt ask to and we were here for Phoenix Comic Con. Our waitress, Corissa, always checked with us and brought our food/drinks at the perfect time. I will definitely come back here!
