This place has the worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my entire life. I am appalled by the rudeness these employees have offered. They are stoned faced. Mean mugging and yelling at customers. Also very slow. I will NOT recommend this place on my worst enemy or return to any other hooks location again.

Theyre getting petty, if you order a larger meal it gets substituted with a small with smaller or less meats just enough to pass in a order. I will never buy anything from there again. Every meal came with a drink use to be. Like I said theyre getting greedy considering how many minorities give them business.

Well, it was the first time I went in and no one was in line. Regular cook must had already gone home. If I didnt live so far away (30 minutes) I would have taken my fish and chicken back. Everything was fried so hard I could not eat it. I will give them another chance. Service is always good.

Great food. Service hmm. All i can say is. It is what it is. I know that the oweners of places like this one dont care what you think of thier service. There are more establishment out there like this 1 then I choose to mention. Oh well thats a downer to people who like good customer service.

Although, its one of my favorite chicken wing places in the City. The concern is the individuals who appear outside the establishment and there true intentions. My prayer, is they will move to a more family friendly environment. My favorite guy who serves you is Hadeek!

I LOVE their food, flavor & presentation!!! Best cheesestake around...I dont like being asked for my change by peddlers. However I have been going there since they opened because of the flavor. The staff have always been nice and friendly!!

This place is a absolute nightmare Im surprised they have not been shut down by the Health department! definitely not a family restaurant do not bring kids there... and the customer service is awful!!! And the food worst Ive ever had.

Food is great, when im down here, i usually come to this place. Chicken, fish and shrimp are good. I havent had anything else from here. The wait is ridiculous for the food. The service is okay. But then again look at the location.

The Catfish and the seasoning are phenomenal! Their service isnt good at all. They dont make you feel like they appreciate your business. The young lady & the cook with glasses are the nicest employees there.
