The head boss treated me like dirt and told me I wasted his pizzas. I had spent a few hours trying to get replacements. The replacements had cheese bunched in the corner of the box. I showed the driver but he asked me what was wrong with them. Called the store and the main guy hung up on 6 times, told me I wasted his pizzas, asked me to wait for him to call me on his private cell so he could hear me (he could hear me just fine since he rudely reacted to my demand for a refund one second before that), and tried to explain how I cant do this. He got the originals back and told me there was nothing wrong with them. Once he disrespected me, I told him they appear fine because you have no integrity sir. He proceeded to tell me that he will refund it and hung up on me. He ruined an otherwise decent place. Tl:dr The owner has no integrity.

Not a good experience at all! We ordered two subs and it took almost 30 minutes to get our food and it was not busy at all. My wife ordered the 8" Cheeseburger Sub there was one very thin hamburger patty and a half of a tomato slice with a sprinkle of lettuce. When she finished there was at least 5" of bread left. My Italian was slightly better but thats because the sandwich meat covered more of the bread. Service was slow and not attentive. My wife asked for a Coke Zero and the waitress said they did not have it. When we went to pay there were bottles of it in the cooler. Not worth the money we paid for our meal. Highly Disappointed!! Not coming back!!!

My family and I were traveling from New York to visit family in Virginia. On our road trip we came across Sams pizza. Being the pizza lovers that we are, we went in. Not only were the staff friendly, but as New Yorkers we give their pizza 5 stars! My husband got their steak and cheese sub (generous size portions). We also ordered their wings. Yum! Will definitely come again the next time we are in town!

Ordered for the first time last night from Sams instead of our usual place Giuseppes. 5 steak and cheese subs and chicken with fries food poisoning for all who had steak and cheese So this will be the last time. Back to pick up with Giuseppes it might suck going to get it on tight schedule bit at least the food is good and doesnt make the whole house sick !!

Salad was missing. Chicken Philly sub tasted bland and chewy with the worst kind of stretchy cheese. Got 3 dinners for 41$! Outrageous for the poor quality of food. Last time we got Sams the Alfredo was slimey. Do yourself a favor and go to Giuseppes!

Love the pizza! Recently got a Greek salad, very disappointing! Definitely not worth over $12. Lots of lettuce, 3.5 small chicken strips, 4 olives, some red onions and the feta was very scarce. Definitely get pizza, not salad! Very nice people.

We have ordered here a few times love the pizza and subs. Ordered lasagna tonight. Very disappointed more cheese then noodles, my salad was a complete joke. Never again!!!we will stick to the pizza and subs

I personally love Sams. I enjoy the food very much and Ive never once had food poisoning, actually the steak and cheese sub is my favorite and I highly recommend eating here.
