Today I went into this location for soup. Laguans helped us. He was very pleasant. I asked for 2 bowls of the chicken tortilla soup one with sour cream, cheese and extra cheese and 1 with sour cream and cheese. He added the items to our order and rang it up. As we are standing in the pick up area, I over heard one of the girls saying "Sour cream and cheese for soup?!?!" The other 2 ladies looked at the order looked at each other and shrugged. A few seconds later they call our number. I get out food check the back and there is only 1 cup of cheese and 2 sour creams. I go back to the ladies and ask for the 2 cups of cheese that I paid for. The young lady tells me that she put 1 in the bag. I explain that my receipt clearly states 3. She rolls her eyes, makes a cup of cheese and slams it on the counter. She then goes to start the next order. I say maam excuse me but I paid for 3 cups. She said you already have 2 check the bag. I tell her again that I paid for 3. She begrudgingly goes back and gives me another cups of cheese. Before she can slide in on the counter I take it from her hand and say thank you. There were too many people in the line for me to ask to speak to someone but I called back later and Laguans answered the phone. I explained to him what happened not because I wanted anything from them but because that was no way for the young lady to treat a paying customer. I wasnt asking for something I didnt pay for. It showed on my receipt. He agreed and insisted that I come back to have him make it right. I declined but he insisted. Im giving them 5 stars because he tried to make it right. Id go back and next time call the bad apple out right then and there. Update- returned today(6/18/15) to order lunch again. PEOPLE ATTENTION TO DETAIL OMG! NEVER AGAIN

Ok, so weve never been to this place, but we had a free coupon, thought wed try it. Get there, and what Im assuming was the owner, didnt quite feel like honoring the coupon, but did anyway. He also didnt make us feel very welcome either, which coming from a family that owned a business for 25 years, you solely rely on customers to survive, so you better be friendly and welcoming, whether youre in a bad mood or not. Long story short, wouldnt recommend going to this location, but rather the one near Dulles town center/ Wegmans. Entirely different experience, and was treated more friendly.

My family and I have been trying out this location for weeks now. Numerous chances. Noticed they really just fill up the burritos with just rice and minimal protein (chicken). For the hell of it, I asked for double chicken, guess what I paid an extra $1.75 for nothing AND they made the burrito wrong. I guess asking for only rice and chicken is that hard.

Food always comes quick and hot. Great selection of burritos especially the honey lime and gyro burrito. Its just sometimes when I come inside they are lounging around at a table.

The service is good but the food is just not something we like. This chain is the epitome of Americans making Mexican food. It just doesnt have an authentic taste at all.

Decent tex-mex place. I like the BBQ crunch burrito. Chipolte or Moes are better though, in my opinion.
