The order taker was in too much of a rush to take my order at the drive thru....and then he got it wrong. When I drove up to the window and he opened it, he hit my car. After he swiped my cc he returned it to me then pushed my order out the window. I stayed and checked my order, it was wrong....I tapped on his window and when he opened it I pushed the burger that was wrong thru the window opening on his counter....he said "dont throw the hamburger at me"!!!!! That person has no business interfacing with customers. He needs to be cleaning toilets or picking up trash in the parking lot. I waited till the correct burger was made and a different person (a lady) gave it to me, I checked it, it was correct so I left. This is not the first time we have had our order filled incorrectly....but it WILL be the last. The food was ok, like it usually is but the fries were cold when I ate one as I was leaving the parking lot. I guess if the people at the Taco Bell, across the street, werent so good....we wouldnt have anything close to compare....but Taco Bell ROCKS.....you SUCK. There are 8 places nearby that sell fast food burgers....I WILL be buying my burgers somewhere else....especially this summer when we bring out the classic cars to your cruise in.

If I could post zero stars I would. I got a whopper meal from here last night and at first I thought everything was fine. Thats until I woke up at 4am crying because my stomach was in so much pain, bloated, and I felt nausea. I tried forcing myself to sleep but 30mins later I vomited. This was the only thing I ate all day because I was at work the entire day. So since then my roommate told me I had food poisoning. Every hour since 4:30am Ive been vomiting. We called burger kings manager but all they could say was it wasnt their fault and I got it from somewhere else. I WAS WORKING ALL DAY AND THAT WAS THE ONLY MEAL I ATE. I will never come here again and Ill make sure I tell everyone I know in this area not to go.

Do not eat here period. Theres a reason this store is rated so low. For one this place is infested with roaches! In the kitchen where your food is prepared. Some people dont even wear gloves. Two the burgers they make you have either been sitting in a warmer and are all shriveled and grease covered or they will make you a sandwich that was a mistake from another order and they will remove stuff or add stuff onto that sandwich and serve it to you. Fries that are cold and have been sitting forever are being fed to your kids. Nothing is fresh and the managment are a bunch of inconsiderate assholes. Be warned.

Horrible!! Was rushed through the ordering window, with an attitude. No total given. Then man at window rushed our drinks out the window after getting an attitude about the total and is not having money ready( due to him rushing us) granted our drinks werent even filled all the way. Was then told to pull around to the double doors. Where we waited for 15 mins only for our food to be cold. And not have everything included. My sister went back in to get the missing items. And she informed them that their drive through guy was just pulled off and the manager and rest of the team were very apologetic.

BYOS. bring your own straw, because youll never get one at the drive thru. Sat at the mic repeating to the woman at the drive through "only cheese and ketchup on the burger" to have her respond, "ok, only pickles on the burger" four times. I knew for sure, my order was going to be effed, even after she finally got it right. The only bright side is, theyre so unorganized and havent a clue what theyre doing, that they gave me a free kids juice box even though I only paid for a sprite.

I went through the drive through at 8:30pm tonight, I sat at the microphone for 20 minutes before the guy took my order, it took another 15 minutes to my food, never once did the guy say sorry for taking so long, as I was waiting for my food I noticed a few things, there was not a single customer inside, no one had gloves on, 1 of the employees was listening to her ipod, and they gave me the wrong burger, how this store is still in business I do not know.

messed up my order 2x in a row on separate visits. I asked for the original chicken sandwich and they keep giving me the new grilled sandwich. In this 2nd trip, we ordered the 2 for 5, and got the sandwiches on regular buns, not the original long bread. Im not sure if the people there really just dont care or have serious learning and listening issues. Dont waste your time

I went to this location for breakfast. I ordered three meals. I received two meals and had to let them know I was missing one. One sandwich was missing bacon and the other had ham on it when it wasnt supposed to. Additionally the hash browns were inedible not only were they stale they must have been salted three times. This is one of the worst places I have been to.

Inside was closed(so no bathroom break for hungry travelers), person taking our order didnt understand or communicate well, charged us for a TON of sauces NO idea why...then once we saw the mistake After they charged our card we didnt even get the extra sauces in our bag. $4 in "sauces" that we will never get back. =(

I ordered a whopper with cheese and no pickles . I received an cold pre made burger with the pickles taken off and cheese added to the bottom of my burger. The burger was cold , bread soggy, and the lettuce was wilted ... I will NEVER eat there again

This burger king has be bad to terrible for quite some time. Service is bad, orders are regularly wrong, food regularly seems to has been out to long or old. I prefer burger king over other burger places but never this one.

Really sucks 9 times outta 10 theyre out of something one time no carbonated drinks like 5 days later no cheese pretty much the most annoying thing to run into on a regular basis.

Went through the drive-thru, cheese was not melted on my burger and fries were somewhat luke warm with an onion ring tossed in the mix. Server was very pleasant and polite though.
