Updated post: Here is an update to my post..EVERY Single time they mess up the orders, we order simple items from their menu and everytime it is the same type of orders with the chicken and two sides how can they mess it up...I dont even get it!! Sad because this was our go to place ..and one of our most regular now not anymore. ----- First post Since last 1 year we have been eating from this place. We are regular, we get it weekly or at least bi-weekly! The food was great...always felt like going back until recently when things are not the same anymore! Recently something has changed, the yuca fries that they give these days are from the bottom of the pan..half cut, poor quality...very very small pieces, not crispy at all..almost seem like leftovers. one day about a month ago the chicken wasnt cooked properly. The other day (last week) they gave a breast chicken piece with a neck still hanging on to it. Not sure if the cook has changed, but quality is going down. This was the first time in a year I looked up to see if there are other peruvian chicken places available around this area. We might try those and see what works better...

Hoy fui a comprar su tan promocionado "chifa" el arroz chaufa especial $15.99 fue un arroz de pésima calidad, masacotudo, incomible! Pollo Chijaukey $12.99, no tenia ni salsa, su pollo a la brasa parece del día anterior seco! que decepción como pueden denigrar tanto nuestra cocina peruana! si no van a ofrecer algo de calidad por lo que cobran mejor dediquense a otra cosa!!! Y para colmo el muchacho q atiende parece q te estuviera haciendo un favor! Pésima atención, pésimo TODO

Ive frequented this restaurant for over 2 years now. Overall a good experience. The chicken is tasty, crisky skin and not greasy / oily. A good variety of sides. The food is consistently the the same/good, have yet to have that one bad experience. Dine in area is good for lunch and casual dining. Staff is overall friendly and prices are reasonable. Of the three Peruvian style chicken, one in downtown Leesburg, one by Ashburn data centers by five guys and Firebrick, Firebrick is me and my wifes favorite. She used to like Leesburg until I convinced her to try Firebrick. Place is sort of hidden away in old Ashburn area, so its a hidden gem.

Drool inducing, juicy, flavorful chicken. Awesome burritos. The rest of the food varies depending on who does the cooking. Most of the time the black beans are excellent but more than once they seemed to be prepared straight from a can, no salt or spices added. Their chicken has consistently been great 100% of the time. Good service, friendly staff. Honestly, it would be a 5 in my book if they deal with whichever cook ruins the beans every now and then.

I bought the whole chicken with two sides, the roasted chicken was not what I expected looked like the chicken was sitting there all day really dry and I could not taste anything, I am used to eating Peruvian chicken from various restaurants in the area and this was a disappointment.

Terrible. Customer service was bad. They didnt even know what day it was. Tuesday kids eat free on the website but I was told that isnt true. Again they were confused by the days. And its not true Peruvian chicken. Very very very bad. Vomiting.

I love this place!!! The traditional Peruvian dishes and the new "chifa menu" are great! My husband is Venezuelan and had tried another Peruvian restaurants in NOVA (from leesburg to Arlington) and Firebrick chicken is his favorite!
