We are regular clients of Saffron and we always get the same maintained taste of items we order, but this review is for the different service we have received from them. For our baby shower, we were looking for the catering service with delicious taste and better service so guest would love it. I gave a shot to Saffron for that. They provided many options in their catering package with delivery! Honestly, most of our guests liked the taste of all items and we are glad that Saffron has maintained their food quality even in the catering service. Everything was delicious. Also they are very flexible on changing items and flexibility about if you need some items in the morning and others at noon. The only thing they missed was Paneer size. Panner Tikka Masala should have a small chopped paneer but we got the bigger piece. Also Ras Malai and Papad were less compare to what we ordered for. Besides those everything was really awesome!

This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. It has terrific ambiance for a strip center location, very warm, yet contemporary. The service is excellent, efficient and friendly. But the food is what keeps us coming back. Our favorites are the butter chicken and lamb bhuna masala. Pure deliciousness. And such ample servings that we easily get several more meals out of it. I buy an extra chicken breast and sautee it in the extra butter sauce (actually a lovely tomato curry) and that stretches it even further. The flavors are such that they taste even better leftover. The prices are more than fair, especially if you have a coupon. A decent beer and wine selection to top it off, make this place a winner for us.

On Valentines Day 2017 my family ordered a meal for take out and were told on the phone it would be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and was faced with management in shambles and no clear answer as to when my food would be ready. I waited 10 minutes, and when I checked with the staff again, I heard that there were 5-6 orders placed before mine that still hadnt been filled. I waited another ten minutes before finally deciding to give up, cancel my order and head home, which in and of itself was a tedious process because I had already paid. I would recommend this establishment on a quite night, but they are in no shape to accommodate a rush.

I went here with a few friends. The food here is rich in flavor and I almost didnt want to eat it - because it was so nice looking on the plate. I got over that quickly and devoured my dish and the appetizers. The setting is quaint, but if you go during the daytime when kids are noisy and rude; for some reason the staff are hesitant to say something to the offending visitors, even if you make a complaint. The acoustics in the restaurant arent bad, the children get that noisy. Great place overall.

Worst service. Management didnt even have minimum courtesy to offer enough plates and cutlery to the customers. When trying to order from tandoor menu, they said not to order as it will take 30 minutes. We ended up ordering some other food. We were still working on our dinner and they started clearing out our plates without even asking if we are still working. Worst service ever. Dont even think of going to this place. My 7 yr nephew said this is the worst restaurant he has ever been to.

Food quality and ambience are fine but customer friendliness....well thats not really there...the management is a bit areogant...they charge for anything you ask for and wont even tell you they are going to pass the cost to you ( to top it there is no price for these extra things in the menu). If you ask for pickle or onions, you would expect the waiter to atleast tell you itll be charged....even worse if they argue saying you should have enquired....thats definitely rude!

This place is awesome! Ive eaten there many times over the past 2 years and every time its great! I realized tonight that theyve watched my son grow up (Ive been bringing him there since he was an infant) and theyve been really accommodating the whole time. My family and I eat there usually before the dinner rush starts b/c of our young child and the entire staff is very kid friendly.

I wish we have 0.5 star option in google review. They dont deserve a star. Manager is so rude in responding to customers and such attitude is certainly not gonna help their business in long run. Forget your self-respect if you wish to dine in here. Please stay away from this place. Delhi 6 is far better option when it comes to service and food quality.

Horrible customer service please be extreme careful before placing catering order. Manager in the restaurant is hopeless and so unprofessional and bad bad customer service. BEWARE before dealing with them as they could make you feel embarrassed and lose respect in front of your guests at the party.

Really good Indian food! Im vegan so I ordered something that I thought could be made vegan. The waiter came back and said that it couldnt be made that way. He made a recommendation and it was so good! They kept our water and were very courteous. Highly recommend this place!

First time Ive wrote a review while in the restaurant, the food here is amazing! The service is stellar and the did I mention the food is amazing. If you have never tried Indian food this is the place to go and if you love Indian food this is the place to go.

This has to be one of the best Indian buffet around. Ive eaten at a lot of the Indian restaurants around Loudoun and this buffet is great! Good prices, great food, and nice restaurant with plenty of light/windows. Makes for a great dining experience.

Amazing food. Most of the lamb dishes are very nice. In veg the mutter methi malai is really tasty. Staff is very accomodating about any requests that you have. Ambience is very good too. Quick turnover for parcel requests too.

Best Indian resturant in Ashburn. Their chef prepares some authentic Indian stuff (try the Karari Palak Chat) and Ive never been disappointed with any of their items. Great staff and ambience makes this a 5 star experience!

Excellent choice in Ashburn! beats the amateurs setting up shop. Hope they can maintain consistency. My only negative feedback is that some of their curries had small fragments of bones all over the curry. Annoying to eat.

We opted for delivery from here and found everything to be generally average. Naan was good along with samosa and the bhajia. Nalli Gosht lamb shank should have marinated for much much longer along with the Aloo Ghabi

The food was delicious. Wine selection mediocre. Wait staff was okay - nothing extra special or memorable. Ambiance on the nicer end of normal - very clean! Family friendly environment. We will definitely be back!
