I went to this location last Friday (8/25), party of 4. We were served by Roberto. I asked for the taquitos. He said they come in 3 but I could only pick 2 meats and could not choose the 3rd. I requested chicken. He repeated you can only have 2 and the 3rd you can not choose. I found that odd but pressed on. I asked for the guacamole and was told I couldnt get the sour cream or green hot sauce. When my meal arrived, I really wanted sour cream and green hot sauce. When I inquired again, I mentioned that I was willing to pay extra for the sauces and was told "I already tell you, no!" At this point I could only laugh because I thought, this has to be a joke. He eventually brought the 2 things I requested. My boyfriend asked for a soda refill. Roberto took his cup to the back and returned to wiping down tables and serving others. We waited patiently as he worked. About 5 minutes passed and another gentleman at our table asked Roberto if he could bring the refill that was previously requested. Robert nodded, went to the back and brought the gentleman at our table the drink that was originally requested by my boyfriend. When the bills came, Roberto had charged the refill to the other gentleman. When they tried to explain the drink was the refill, he said "Its not my fault, you should have told me the drink wasnt for you." Then he took the checks back to get them fixed by the manager. I asked him to bring the manager to to table so we could speak with him. He didnt get the manager. I had to ask someone else who was passing by to get the manager. When the manager came he was laughing the entire time. I didnt think this was funny anymore. We had horrible service and then to have a manager not take this seriously was a slap in the face. He offered us a drink to go. No thanks I will not be returning to this place. The food wasnt very good either. The other 3 liked the food but agreed the service was terrible.

I purchased two original breakfast burritos this afternoon on my lunch break (I got them to go). I got back to my office and as I began to eat one of the burritos, the bite I had taken was very chewy but tough. So, as I pulled it out of my mouth, I started tugging at it and as it started to unravel, it turned out to be plastic. Yes plastic. The size of a 50 cent piece. If this had been a child, they could have choked. In fact, after I called and spoke to the young lady who answered the phone, (a manager wasnt available) she seemed to not really care about it. Of course I left my contact information and did not get a call back. I had to rummage through my second burrito to make sure I wasnt gonna be surprised with anything else. How does plastic that big not get noticed when preparing them? Its a tortilla, scrambled eggs, cheese and like two potatoes with some sauce. Where would plastic come into play. For them to think it isnt serious, thats a problem! I took a picture and saved it just for them. They can have it back.

Wow this place has gone down hill. Once upon a time you could come here in the morning and get an awesome burrito and speedy service. But as time has gone by, the food has sunk in quality, and the service is just atrocious. The former of my two previous visits the food took a while to get to our table and by the time it got there its heat had already dissipated to a dull lukewarm borderline cold temperature. And the latter? Well I didnt even get a chance to eat the food, it took us 10 minutes to be seated despite half the restaurant being empty, and when we finally got a table we waited. After 15 to 20 minutes we just got up and left. Dont know if they were just shorthanded on people that morning, but there were numerous staff members walking by our table that just didnt even acknowledge us. Pathetic.

Not impressed! Ordered Queso and Chips to start. The Queso was no more than heated (then cooled) Velveeta. Completely gagworthy. Next up was the Chicken Fajitas was no more than a grilled chicken breast (ZERO SEASONING) on top of a "Mexican Rice" that once again lacked even a pinch of seasoning. My plate went untouched, with the exception of the "trial bite". The waitress paid no attention and eventually came over to ask if I was ready for the check. She removed my plate from the table, looking at the untouched food.. never uttered a word. No "Is everything okay", "Can I get you something else", not a word. I have a feeling she is used to such situations. Not recommended at all.

This location has gone down hill. Years ago this was a great place to come. I was a frequent visitor, but lately its had a turn for the worse. The service used to be top notch and now its pretty terrible. Perhaps theyre understaffed or just underpaid but the service is now super slow and they cant keep up with even 3 tables at 1:30pm on a weekday. The food was boiling hot, as always, but the coffee (which took a very long time to aquire) was stone cold. My meal was over before the MIA server even came back to check on my table. If wed had a problem with the food someone would have just not been able to eat. Im going to avoid this location for a while and hope they get better.

Weve eaten at Anitas for the last 25 years and this was the worst dinner weve ever had. The new fish tacos were terrible. The fish was too strong with no flavor and some kind of sauce that did nothing for it. I usually really like their mexican rice but this was either old or they have changed the way they prepare it. The guacamole wasnt very good either, i think they changed that recipe too. Its too bad as they are known for their guac. Outside of pick up for breakfast burritos we will not be back.

Yum! I have eaten here many times over the years and have always had a good experience. Better than that- I have gotten their meals to go and they have always been on time for even by BIG orders! The lady who runs the to-go counter is top notch and so sweet. They really go above and beyond. I have probably orders tons of times to-go over the last 4 years!

Food was decent tasting, but was way overpriced for the amount you get. Meals for $12 leave you hungry. The chips they brought to the table were in a tiny glass bowls, and only about 10 chips came in it. Went with a group of 6 and were brought two small bowls of chips that had to be refilled theee times. I wouldnt go back to this place.

Best service! Im not too big into mexican food. I like them and eat it with a few breaks. This place will blow your mind with their services. Every time I go there more than the food (the food is usual good mexican style restaurant food) I feel good about their service.

Miriam at the front counter provides the best service. Ive been getting breakfast here every week for the last year and she always gets my order right, in a timely manner, and with a smile. Love the breakfast burritos one day Ill have to try lunch or dinner there too.
