Well Ive read some of the reviews on Yelp about this particular Red Robin and I believe they have come a long way, since most of those reviews have been written. So as my wife and I are about to enter Red Robin we were immediately greeted by one of the hostess who also held the door open for us to enter. Next we proceeded into the store where we encountered another hostess waiting for seating requests. We told her how many were in our party and that we would prefer a booth. We were immediately seated (I think that was do to the fact that this place wasnt as packed as it normally is during the evening hours). Just a quick fyi, this place can be a bit noisy during the evening time. So if you want to have a more peaceful experience I would recommend coming during the earlier hours if possible. Ok our server (I think her name was Tazzania. I may have spelled that wrong) greeted us shortly after taking our seats. She quickly took our drink orders and gave us some time to decide what we would like to order. Finally when we were ready she took and placed our orders. She continuously checked on us to ensure we were okay while we waited (Which was good because Im use to servers disappearing after taking my order). So after waiting for a while, but not to long she ended up bringing over a basket of their bottomless steak fries (Which I thought was pretty smart because customers dont like waiting long for their meal especially when theyre hungry). After my wife and I completed the fries maybe about 8 to 10 minutes thereafter our food was served to us. I cant remember what my wife or myself ordered but it was quite tasty. I mean most of their menu items are pretty good. I havent had everything on their so when in doubt just pick one of their burgers, I mean thats their specialty. I will say that their burgers (Im just saying their burgers because this is their specialty, they do have other items on the menu other than burgers) arent to die for, but I feel they are above average in taste, and fulfillment. All Im saying is that most chain establishments are hit or miss but the key is how good are they at rebounding when issues are encountered and I know from first hand experience that if you are dissatisfied with your meal this Red Robin is quick to correct it and sometimes even comp your meal (I mean if a free meal for a honest mistake doesnt warrant them a 3 star rating then I think you may be, what people like to say where Im from, "a certified hater"). But then again you could have actually run into a bad server and food so hopefully this isnt the case if you decide to come here. In the end I think this Red Robin is better than it was in the past and I can say that I do have more good experiences than bad experiences here at this Red Robin. Reeeeed Robin, Yuuuuuummmmm

I absolutely love their food. Not all places can adapt their dishes as easy as here, as I am vegetarian, but they do very well. They have no trouble with custom orders, or making burgers that are no longer on their menu (the 5 alarm burger, ie). The service is not always superb, but drinks are always refilled quickly, and the fries are always hot. Sit in the bar area if you do not have kids, as this place can get a little loud and rowdy being such a kid friendly place. On the flip side, its nice to know they understand kids will be messy while eating. :)

Food is good but multiple times Ive had bad service here. Im sitting in the restaurant RIGHT NOW with an issue. I had a basic request, I asked for no onions on my burger, the waiter takes it back to be remade and returns 30 seconds later with the same burger only without the onions. I ask him why I got the same burger and he said "oh Im sorry, Ill have them remake the whole thing." No problem, I can wait another 5 minutes. He returns again, this time it took him only 45 seconds with a new burger. Im now searching for spit and hair...

My family of 5 was seated at a 4 person table. Then we all ordered endless fries. They brought onion ring fries instead. After getting our correct fries, we all ordered burgers. All the burgers were ordered well-done. EVERY SINGLE BURGER CAME BACK COMPLETELY PINK!!!!! We had to send them back. They then brought the new burgers. These burgers werent as pink but they still were pink!!! Please dont go here as you could get sick. The staff/manager was really nice though.

We go to Red Robin frequently and everything is usually top notch, however, tonight the service was not very good and the fries were cold. I asked for a new batch....not only did they not arrive before dinner was finished, but when they finally did bring them they were cold again. Had to ask for refills on drinks and they didnt come either. Burgers were great as always.

Rainer was the best server we have ever had! With his charming good looks and attentive, keen eye for timing, he was perfect. Not only that he kept our family on the edges of our seats with his witty, cerebral talent for conversation! Other than that the rest of the experience was divine.

Red Robin used to be good, but the burger I had the last time I was there was undercooked, and the roll was stale. To top it off, my beverage (a coke) was very late in coming and didnt show up until half way though dinner. Very unsatisfying experience.

Was looking for a good burger with no bun; could order any burger with a lettuce wrap as an option. Our waiter Chris, was delightful - gave excellent beer recommendations to my companion. Cannot recommend this location enough!

Dead Robin is a more accurate account. No matter the burger, the flavorless meat and flavorless toppings only change the consistency of the burger. I gave Red Robin three visits and they struck out. Ill never go back.

We had flies flying around our table. When they moved us, spiders crawled around the table. We finally moved by ourselves, but they messed an order up (someone had an allergic reaction because they messed it up).

The quality is declining. I have ordered a Cobb salad from them for years and had my last one tonight. The wrong greens, cucumbers, no eggs, 2 small pieces of avocado. Not much Cobb salad in it.

Weve always had good service and good food here and the price is often just a little bit higher than a lot of "clear your own table" type restaurants in the area, even with a beer or two!

Apparently "just a minute, we are clearing a table " means there is a twenty minute wait. Then, once you sit, itll be another 10 minutes before a waiter shows up to take drink orders.

Love the food here! Great burgers and other entrées! Nice and loud so I dont have to worry about bringing my family of eight. Their shakes are really good too!

Fries are only good with the red robin seasoning on them. There is no relevant argument against this. I think they need to add more to their menu though.
