Very disappointed in more than a few ways .half the problem was with grub hub but the irder to be delivered was not packed separately meaning 4 people made irders two complete dinners not in there own bags all shoved together .wrong drinks wrong kind of bread a couple side dishes completely off . The whole grub hub issues contacting them after then them trying to contact restaurant no care from restaurant when obvious ly they did not send garlic naan and it the correct drinks and packed everything together when 4 people needed there dinners individually but grub hub had such a long wait list in the chat u contact . Ordered via Grubhub for a late night snack. Got a lamb & rice dish as well as some chicken tikka marsala. The food was delivered on time and came in a Chinese food container (???) as well as a transparent round container, but wrapped thoroughly with plastic wrap. Came with some yogurt sauce which I wasnt expecting - nice surprise. Did notice that the rice was slightly under-cooked, so wasnt particularly pleased with that, but didnt ruin the dish too much. The tikka marsala was really, really thin and didnt really have the consistency that I was expecting. Had good flavor and spice as well as the cubed chicken did pairing well with it. Had plenty of leftovers and fridged them. Second go at it for a lunch the following day after heating up was actually better than when I initially at it. It seemed like the tikka marsala thickened a bit with some refrigeration and after heating the rice and lamb up, it was slightly more cooked to how I was initially expecting it. TLDR: Wasnt too bad, but unfortunately leftovers after a night to settle and a microwave to finish cooking rice made it better.

This is my fav go to place for Indian Cuisine, and has been since 1996! I was in the area to test drive a Beemer in Scottsdale, and had to stop by! Fast, friendly, and efficient service, as always! My last visit was in December with my Cambodian friend. The Host, Mohan was still here. I remembered him because he had treated us to a cup of Indian Tea, while we waited for our orders. Love their tea! Delish! He remembered me as well! Mohan is very personable and friendly. My order was up, and he told me that he packed up all the Chutneys, and some dessert for me! So sweet! If youve never had Indian Cuisine, start with an app of Samosa or Pakora, Biryani (Lamb is my fav! Albeit, chicken is good too), and Chicken Tikka Masala, and Naan. Top with some Mango Chutney or Green Chutney, grab a piece of Naan, and go to work! Your taste buds will thank you! Sooo good! It is worth stopping for, and I cant wait to come again! Hopefully, I have time to sit and eat, next time!! Enjoy!

One of the worst places to eat and really a big insult to Indian food and taste. Everything is terrible here..right from tables, plates , cups etc..all are stained and dusty . Forget about food, its just awful .. the starters are just yuck..the gravy items are total messed up in taste and biriyani or any other form of rice is just a joke..Eat here and you will have an upset stomach for days .. I am still surprised how this so called Indian cuisine is still not shut down .. the only reason its still making business is because of its proximity to ASU and many indian students come here for food as they have no option. They are just banking on them.. Atleast maintain cleanliness in your restaurant and serve better food for charging so much.

AVOID!! Extremely rude employees and average food. We have been to quite a few Indian Restaurants in Phoenix, Tempe and surrounding towns and this is by far the worst. We arrived long before they were closing for lunch and was hurried to order our food and then hurried to leave. When our food arrived they brought us a madras curry instead of chicken curry and tried to force us to have it anyway and said the kitchen was closed. We explained that wasnt what we ordered and had to ask many times for them to redo it. They also forgot to bring out our rice, when we asked for it they came back with a cold rice, Im assuming was from a buffet. This is the worst service I have ever received, they do not know how to treat their customers.

I tried the lunch buffet starting at 12.45 pm on 26 Feb 2016. I had the vegetarian items only. 1. Veg pakora 2. Yogurt masala 3. Palak curry 4. Matter panneer 5. Veg pulao rice 6. Naan 6. Gulab jamoon 7. Carrot cake All items were fresh, tasty, and almost fully authentic (considering the presence of heavy cream in every single entree, Id call the food semi-authentic). I had a mediocre lunch buffet right here several months earlier, but today the food is quite good. Fridays are lucky days, perhaps? Staff were courteous and the Naan was served to us right as soon as we started. Plates were cleared as soon as the food was finished. Excellent value for $10.90! Id probably go back. Thanks!

Everything was great. I went for dinner and tried 3 different dishes. Lamb vindaloo, beef curry, chicken tikka masala. I also ordered the garlic naan. All was delicious. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere/ambiance, great tasting food. When you receive your dish, do not be fooled by the size of the bowl its served in. Its a healthy portion. Despite looking small, it is not. Not a complaint but was disappointed that rice was extra. Not that it was pricey, but thought for what youre paying a side of rice would be included. All in all would go back and recommend it!

We went for lunch today based on a recommendation from a friend. Its nothing special on the outside but once inside you immediately notice the smell of good food. The lunch buffet was plentiful with great choices. Entrees and desserts were all excellent. The service was on point too. The price is really reasonable (less than $22 with tax) for two people. Check this place out if your in the mood for some good Indian cuisine! You wont be sorry!
