I was having a wonderful Sunday afternoon with my family on my only day off in a month in Short Pump. We were sitting in the court yard in front of Mona Lounge enjoying ice cream from Rays Ice when three customers of Mona Lounge pulled up on the loudest motorcycles I have ever heard that also had speakers with the volume up so loud you could hear their music over their loud motorcycles. People living in the apartments above Mona Lounge were coming outside asking them to please stop being so loud but no one cared. My wife called Mona and ask them to politely ask their customers not do that with their motorcycles but Mona Lounge said they cant tell someone else what to do. Thanks Mona for bringing rift raft ghetto to what used to be a peaceful area and for making my 3 and 4 year old son and daughter cry. Update since Mona Lounge replied*** 1) How do I know they were your customers? Uhhh they went into and left your establishment. 2) I said when my wife called your establishment she was told by your staff "We cant tell our customers what to do." Umm. You think you could have asked them to stop?. Guess not so lets attack the guy telling what happened. Instead of telling me I should have sent you an email you should just ask your customers to not be extremely rude to the neighborhood. Why dont you start by apologizing to the handicap guy that lives directly about your store. He was out in his wheelchair asking the idiots to please stop. Only to be literally ignored and laughed at by your customers. And yes we have been in your store and have used your services. As I live right here in West Broad Village I have been in EVERY store here. Thanks for replying in a manner consistent with your customers. Rude.

Favorite place to hang out, relax, and enjoy great food and drinks. Great for smokers and non-smokers alike. I dont like smoky places and the air system filters everything out so you barely notice that its a smoking establishment. The ambiance and environment is all class and the couches/chairs are comfortable and well-placed so that TVs can be seen anywhere. I love the cigar selection - Im a novice cigar smoker and there is something in there for any and everyone. Do yourself a favor and go to Mona when you want to relax - its the best place in Richmond to just take it easy.

I contacted the Mona Lounge about hosting a birthday party at their venue. I was immediately put in contact with the owner, Emir. He was a pure joy to communicate with and was very accommodating to all of my changing requests. The service was incredible, the food was amazing, and the live band was phenomenal - they even started playing "Happy Birthday" for the guest of honor. It was truly a remarkable experience. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone seeking an evening of excellence. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

A one of a kind and truly wonderful experience. Cigar prices are fair and similar to any other cigar shop but thats not why you come here. One comes to Mona Lounge to enjoy the chair theyre sitting in, the cigar theyre smoking, the well ventilated lounge, the variety of entertainment, and the food. A great place to spend time with friends any night of the week.

Five Stars during daytime hours. At night though they bring in local bands that sing and play so loud your ears hurt and you cant carry on a conversation and its frankly horrible. Lots of people there enjoy it, but if you want to carry on socially its not for you. If you want a great cigar and ambiance go before 6 PM, god help you if you go later.

Had a good cigar here but this is the second time that I have been ignored by the waiter. I got my cigar, started smoking, and I never saw him again. I wanted to order food but never got a chance. I managed to finish my whole cigar without seeing him once. I had to walk around to find him and get my check. Left hungry. Quite disappointing.

Forget the Dave and Busters next door, come here for a nice relaxing smoke and some delicious beer on tap. The staff was really nice when I explained it was my first time there and the guys I sat next to were either quiet or friendly. A great way to unwind after work.

Long lines at the bar. Took way too long to get a drink. Noooooooo seats available. But walk right in and purchase a cigar. After about 30 minutes a table opened up that we shared with 5 other people. Only 2 watress on duty tonight.

Great selection of well priced cigars. Awesome relaxing atmosphere, seating is comfy, its well ventilated, food was decent, and they have daily specials to choose from. They also have hookahs if you arent into cigars.

Hookah was very bad. There was no smoke at all it was very bad and dont go to that place for Hookah. They dont even change the flavour if it is not good.
