Im actually sitting at the table writing this review. There was only one waitress, who actually seemed to be doing everything by herself. Once seated, it took 15-20 mins before we were even acknowledged by the staff. I asked someone nearby a question and he kindly informed, " theres only one waitress tonight and shes busy, Im just trying to help out" then walked away. I ordered the boneless wings, and they tasted like fried flour balls. I shouldve taken a pic of them, they were supposed to be flavored, but instead it looked like they drizzled flavoring on 20% of my 8 wings. To top it all off, not one person helped the poor waitress out, instead they stood around by the counter. This place will definitely be added to the "DO NOT RETURN " list

Poorly made pizza with even poorer service. I ordered from there because a family member likes Pizza Hut otherwise I avoid that place. Unfortunately the other pizza hut in the area closed and surprisingly this one is open. The order was wrong with wrong toppings and the seasoning on the crust was put on poorly and under cooked. With so many mistakes, had no choice but to bring it back. They did not give us a receipt but insisted they did as that its their policy. The service was poor when I complained, I told them I dont want to be comped or anything I would just like a refund. All in all will not be going back, I used to go to Pizza Hut for years regularly and stopped when I moved near this one as the pizza is made poorly regularly.

Great place for a childrens party! just call a few days in advance. The rowdy kids could simply participate, as the open space created from lining up the tables allowed for the party-games to do all the talking. :) informal and fearless staff, always ready to take on a busload with a smile. =] local sports wall memorabilia makes for relaxed, fun environment. Asking them to turn on their two TVs and tune their radio to ESPN 98.7 FM makes for a pretty nice (public via announced on facebook?) NBA draft or college sports party - also in advance. P.S. local high-school graduation party anybody?

I called ahead to place order, waited on hold for more than 8 minutes before I got there. I was still on hold waiting. It was easier to drive there and place an order. Still waited another 2 minutes before someone noticed me. They only had three tables waiting for service. I was not happy with this level of service for ok pizza. I was only there because of convenience and the kids like it for a change from great pizza around the corner. The waitress seemed like the only one trying to make an effort.

Just called to place an order, manager yelled at me and told me he hasnt delivered to my area in freehold in over a year. he delivered here last week. after being rude for about 10minutes for no reason i decided i will never buy pizza again this man should probably be removed ,as he is hurting your sales. i have a large family ,also i live within ten minutes of the resturaunt. He claimed to be the working manager today. this is why dominos is crushing this place. oh well, see ya.

Terrible! My husband and I had to wait 5 min before we were sited in an empty restaurant. We ordered 2 pepsis and we got pepsi terrible diluted with seltzer. When i complained about this the weitres told that they were out of pepsi so she decided to diluted it. The buffalo wings were undercooked. The meat was red and bloody. The pizza was ok. We will NEVER go back to that place agin!

ITS SO STUPID YOU THEY CANNOT TAKE THE CARD OVER THE PHONE OR ON THE INTERNET! I WORK IN FREEHOLD LEFT MY CARD ALL THE WAY IN MANALAPAN AND NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE BACK AND FORTH FOR A PIZZA. FOR SOME STRANGE REASON I LIVE MAYBE 4 MILES FROM THIS PLACE AND THEY DONT DELIVER. EVERY OTHER PLACE TAKES CARD NUMBERS OVER THE PHONE AND ON INTERNET. GET WITH THE TIMES PIZZA HUT.

Ordered delivery tonight! Everything was amazing! My whole family was so happy and we will definitely be ordering again. We had wings, perfectly cooked and tasty, 2 pan pizza yummy, cheese and bread sticks and the most amazing tasty little apple pies for dessert! Wow! Very pleasantly surprised how great everything was! Worst experience. Waited 5 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Then we were seated at a table that had just been vacated and not yet cleaned. No silverware, of course. Then we waited more than 1/2 hour for three simple personal pizzas and some buffalo wings. RIDICULOUS!

Great food, only problem is- the atmosphere: needs a little redecorating, more modern things for this day and age. Decoration-wise, this place is stuck in time. The food prices are good, and the food itself is average. Nothing special.

Well, what do you expect from a Pizza Hut? The employees are nice--Ill give them that. The food is horrific, and you have to ask for dips and sauces. Pizza toppings were scarce. A mushroom pizza perhaps had one mushrooms worth.

Horrible place. We went here at 10 pm and they close at 12. The waiter looked upset that we came. They had no other people in the resturant. Very unfriendly environment. We only came here because it was close. Never again.

Basic pizza hut. My kids dont like the smell inside so we pickup. When ordering you have tell them you want the special offer because they will not always apply the current promotional discount
