This place has really gone down hill fast! We used to eat there often and the food was great. Last night, we took my parents to eat here. They were visiting from out of town. We were celebrating a special occasion. The waitress was late bringing our food and gave my dad the wrong meal. Wrap vs. Sandwich. She then proceeded to argue with him stating that it was a wrap that he ordered. Then, the manager came over. He apologized and said he would get the order right and get him another sandwich out in 8 minutes. 15 minutes later the sandwich arrived delivered by a different waitress and it was the wrong order! At this point my entire family has already eaten and my poor dad wasnt even offered a side of fries while he waited! The manager came back to let us know that he graciously removed both incorrect dinners from our bill - which were never eaten - and that he would add is to the "Food Credit List". He then pulled out a clipboard and wrote our names down for a $15 credit. He then said, "we really need better people around here." Completely putting down his own server rather than stepping up as a manager and trying to take care of the customer. I dont normally write reviews, but this incident really got to me and I hope that it prevents others from considering eating at this place. I know that we will not be going back. They can keep their $15 food credit and bad service.

The Super Bowl was far from "Super" at BWW. Met up with some friends...thought Buffalo Wild Wings would be a fun place to watch the game. They have lots of TVs....sound was horrible....and its distracting to see a TV showing CSI or some other strange show in between two TVs showing the game. The service....barely there! Our waitress was so slow she might as well not have been there....when I got there there was not a table to be had (before game began) by 1/2 time 50% of the tables were empty...and by the end of the game maybe only 25% of the tables were occupied....and this was a GOOD game. The only time I saw a manger when when he was coming in from the patio ....a lot of smoke drifting behind him. If I was the owner I would not be so happy today....a missed opportunity for sure. PS. $4.50 domestic drafts during the game....no super bowl specials....you are missing it.

Relatively new. All the wait staff was in-store on a Friday afternoon, 1 pm. Training I assume. This was clearly our waitress first job. 6 visits to the table to get the orders placed. Half the sides were missing. Some of the drinks showed up well after the entrées were delivered. Wings were only slightly spiced with the dry seasonings. Avoid this place until all the staff are trained, perhaps Sept 2011. Theres something to be said for not allowing an adolescent handle your food, considering hed much rather be playing video games or fixing her hair in the mirror and talking on the phone. Update : 2011 04 28 Just went back last night to try again. Very different experience. Andrew took care of our table and did so with exceptional service. The food, as well, appears to have improved. I am very pleased to update this review to a more favorable rating. Well done, Andrew!

I will say with a little dedication and desire I think this place would have better reviews. My experience was pleasant. I actually mentioned to the general manager. Darius, really has a willingness to be helpful in any way he can. As a bartender he noticed that I had been sitting at a table for a bit and while on his way to another table to give them their check he asked me has anyone helped you. I said no not yet he flagged down a waitress and the sevice began. I actually took a moment to say to the manager and general manager how happy I was with Darius. So if you here and see a guy behind the bar named Darius say hi and let him know what you feel about the service and I bet he will do what ever he can to make your experience their is good. Thanks Darius.

Called to place an order. Lady answering the phone was INCREDIBLY rude & gave me the wrong numbers for the wings I had requested. Placed the order and was told it will be ready in 10min. 35min after placing my order was it only ready and no one was willing to help me with pickup and had to ask 3 different people to check on my order as I was standing like a complete idiot. After waiting 25min in store (at a non busy hour) I got to my car. Ppened the wings and they were COLD. Please explain to me why I was waiting 25min in store and a total of 35min for my order only to get COLD wings with crappy service?!

Dear Runner Girl, If you intend to write a decent review, consider using commas instead of a series of periods. Not only is your review difficult to read, its incredibly pretentious and presumptuous. I happen to know the entire staff of the Leesburg location very well. Not one single manager at that location smokes: Lewis, Eric, Deanna, Amanda, none. Consider using good grammar, and keep the facts straight. I like this Buffalo Wild Wings location, then again Im not a stuck up soccer mom with hilariously high demands, which I cant seem to fit under my upturned nose.

Service was awful, had to wait ten minutes before a waiter came to our table to take our order and the place was not even busy. Prior to coming to our table he passed us by multiple times to help others and or just stood up front and talked to other employees. When it comes the food, it was also horrible, 20 minutes after leaving the place i had major stomach issues and did not feel well for the rest of the day. If you really wish to go to wild wings, take the extra time and go to the one in sterling.

The service has gone down hill over the last several months. We used to get great service here and have been coming at least once a week since opening. Lately the wait for food has gotten excessively long during non-busy hours (40+ mins) and the food has come out cold. We have sent our food back the last three out of five visits. Managers are rude and unhelpful. No apology or offer to discount the food like most managers would do. If service continues to be bad I will go elsewhere.

Truly awful in all aspects. Terrible food, even their wings. The chili queso has the flavor and nearly the same consistency of tap water. The sauces suck, the teriyaki tastes like a salty bathroom cleaner. Service is even worse. You are not crowded, it should not take a half hour for you to deliver my food, and 15 to deliver a beer. Prices are crazy high for what you are getting. Buffalo Wing Factory blows this place out of the water. Why bother here???

I really like the flavor and variety of wing sauces here. My personal favorite is the buffalo dry rub. Their sides are tasty but pretty standard stuff. Plenty of seating and TVs for watching sports. Staff is very responsive and courteous. Only complaint is that when you order take out (over the phone or online) its usually not ready by the time you select. Most times when I go to pick up a to-go order I have to wait 10-15 minutes.
