My family and I are currently sitting in Popeyes on Miller Rd and its 8:30pm on 5/20/17. This has been an amazing experience. Even though there is a couple new people, the service was awesome and the food was delicious. The entire crew acted as one team. It was definitely refreshing to see. They were all nice and polite and had smiles on their faces. Even though we had to wait for fresh tenders, it was quick and full of jokes. Shoutout to the manager on shift (Katrina); shes an incredible manager! She lifted her team up with compliments, made sure everyone had their breaks, and had their backs if they needed help. The entire team, under her management, went above and beyond. We were even thanked for coming in when we left the restaurant.

Went to Popeyes on Miller rd around 3pm. First off the prices are out of this world high. We ordered the 5 dollar shrimp tackle box, we recieved 8 very small shrimp (mostly coating) a biscuit that tasted of artificial butter, but the coleslaw was adequate and a large coke. 7.00 bucks!! But I quess the real disappointment was the poor quality of service. Not a thank you or smile was to be found. I thanked the young man when he retrieved my debit card to pay for the food (no reply from him) no eye contact and again I thanked him when he returned my card...again I recieved NO return thank you. Piss poor customer service skills plus no napkins to boot. Not going back again most likely.

My boyfriend and I stopped in on Christmas Eve night. I almost felt guilty giving them our business on a night like that, but they didnt make me feel that way. Great service, incredibly friendly. Our chicken was like lava, so if you like your food HOT, you will LOVE this place. It doesnt feel like youre in Flint, it feels like youre down south. That means theyre doing their job :)

Id give 0 if i could. Took them forever to answer us through the drive thru. After ordering they told us 5 minutes for the chicken. We were the only ones in line. Been sitting here for 20 minutes and still no food. Been waiting but looks like im going to have to go in and talk to someone because everyone else keeps getting their food before us.

The service there was terrible because firstly my dad asked for a 2 piece and they got that wrong and he had to go up there and get the right order and we asked for a 7 piece with mashed potatoes and we got only a 2piece with extra mashed potatoes so it wasnt that great to say the least!!!!

They say they open time is 10am yet I get here at 10:15 they still have no doors open nor started selling food and then told me to wait another 5 minutes this is beyond unprofessional ppl were behind the counter just talking on their cellphones as well as the manager

Popeyes is my absolute favorite fast food chicken however the service at this location on miller rd is consistently atrocious. Very slow, rude, and confused staff. Only come here if youre fine with waiting on average 15 minutes for your order.

Fist they had no menu inside, it was all black. Second, it took almost 5 minutes for somebody to help up, and third, there was no napkins available and the drink/straw counter was wet from the pop machine leaking and dirty.
