Sooo, the bartender asked me if I wanted 2 spoons for my dessert. Normal question, usually... Im sitting there with my friend, what makes you want to assume I want to share desert with my friend? I can understand you may not be having a good day, but this scruffy kid throws some passive aggressive accusations of homosexually at me? Get out of here with your unprofessional beard. Food was to be expected from a Fridays, wish there was some sauce on my burger, oh by the way, I like my burger medium well, not "pink". As opposed to "not pink". That was weird too. Also dont ask for a tall beer apparently they give you a goblet. So either this bartender was messing with us, or Fridays is. The whole experience kind of explains why your bar is empty on a Friday night at Fridays...

I was here a few years ago with my father. I wasnt very hungry so I ordered the chicken tenders appetizer. I wanted a little bit more, so I asked if I could have a small side of fries with it. The waiter looked at me as if I had two heads. He told me he couldnt do that but he could "accidentally order some fries, and accidentally leave them on the table." What kind of place doesnt let you get a side of fries? Other chain restaurants like this have always asked me if I wanted fries, or a salad, or something if I only order an appetizer. Why was this such an unreasonable request? I never got the fries. The food was average.

The service was just crappy when we went there tonight. We got there at about 5:30pm, our server didnt put our order in until about 6pm, didnt get the appetizer until about 6:20pm. My Daughter and my Mother got their food around 6:45pm, my Daughters food was just on the border of luke warm. I didnt get my food until about 7:25pm and all I had ordered was mashed potatoes. Then it took another 20 minutes to get the check, pay for it and get my change. Now Im home and my stomach is in knots..... I wouldnt suggest going to this Fridays unless you have major time to kill and dont care about service.

I have been here a few times and received decent food and decent service. I went here last night craving a steak and it was just awful. Cooked medium it was tough, chewy with plenty of gristle. the service was polite, but kitchen was slow. I was given plenty of opportunity by wait staff to voice my complaint; however, I was so hungry I just destroyed the steak. prices are just lower than typical 2$ restaurants, probably because this is a national chain. I will go back, but wont be ordering steak. All other experiences have been decent with nothing to complain about.

I has the Jack Daniels 8 Ounce Flat Iron Steak, 1/2 of Jack Daniels Baby Back Ribs, Sautéed Spinach with Mushrooms & Onions, Tomatoes and Mozzeralla Cheese, Ultimate Long Island Tea, and a Dr. Pepper. Roxana (my server) and Jen (my hostess) were awesome! The steak was delicious, juicy and cooked to perfection. The ribs were good as well as the side dishes. The only thing disappointing was the alcoholic beverage and I should have returned it as it was not worth the $5 Happy Hour cost.

I tend to feel let down by TGI Fridays, and this location is no exception. The staff was fine, I have no complaints. The menu, however, seems full of false promises. It is written like a fine dining restaurant, where things are made to order. I am pretty sure, however, that their spinach artichoke dip is made by Nestle, and delivered by US foods, just like so many other chains. It is like someone in the planning kitchen is amazing, and the budget people have the last say on the food.

I have had a terrible experience here. My daughter received her food 40 minutes after we got her appetizer, which was received about 5-10 minutes after ordering. We didnt get our silverware and plates immediately and had to request from the bartender to get any. My daughters food was cold and burnt when it arrived. The service was not up to par considering the restaurant was mostly empty. If I could I would give them 0 stars. I will never go there again.

Every time I come to Fridays, I get seated promptly, get waited on quickly, and the food is great. The wings and potstickers are delish as are the Flatbread and the potato skins. The ribs just fall off the bone. I do miss the chicken skewers though. The wait staff were friendly and courteous and made sure I has everything I needed. Your hostess, Angel, was exceptionally nice. Such a sweet girl. Ill be coming back soon!

Not what I expected. Have enjoyed Fridays for decades starting when there was only one in Atlanta. This one just doesnt have the friendly attitudes Ive come to expect. Service was mediocre. Food was average. Not a typical place to go at night, but more like a pit-stop for tired Leesburg Outlet shoppers.

I dont eat at many chain restaurants, but this one has surprised me on more than one experience! Solid food, and the bean burger is a good veggie option. Local draft beer was impressive (and unexpected!) Good service at the bar from Brandy. Will come back.

Not a fan of the design decisions. I dont wanna see myself shoveling food into my mouth at my table, so mirrors are not a good idea. Also my wife and I were not fans of the seats for some of the tables; too low. Food was as good as any other Fridays.

Your server Kristen sucks. Doesnt know what shes doing seems like shes dealing with some problem she shouldnt deal with her customers! Your restaurant doesnt deserve this employee. Although food is great. Just hire the right staff.

Went up there last night for a late dinner (around 10pm). Sat at the bar for a few minutes. The bartender was faced away from me on her phone. She never turned around, and I didnt want to yell across the bar so I left.

Overall a pretty average TGI Friday. Food and service were decent, but nothing exceptional. The steak I ordered was served very quickly, but undercooked. Not too bad of a place for some decent American fare.

Its a chain, but good food. The summer specials on ribs were a great deal and well prepared. I got the Jack Daniels ribs. They were very tender very tasty and the choice of two sides was nice.
