Normally, i dont write reviews for chain restaurants because honestly, they dont care. but i have to write one for this location. we arrived today to do our fantasy football draft. We called last week to make a reservation and upon arrival, they didnt have it down. we were able to put a few tables together to make things work but it was still irritating. we arrived at 6:30, placed our drink order right away. that person who took the order never returned with our drinks. another person took our drink order. it took about 20 minutes to get them. We finally placed our order at 7. we inquired about our food at 7:45, and we were informed that it should be out in 5-10 minutes. we inquired at 8 and was told the kitchen was really backed up and they will get to us asap. and a manager would come out to talk to us. I shouldnt feel bad, there was a table before we sat down that JUST got their food at this time. around 8:15, we finally received our order. we finished our draft, and finished our food. and it still took forever to get our check, and our CC receipt. most of the table paid and left because they couldnt wait. we finally had our server bring over the manager and explained to us why they were slow, and why we were upset. "didnt they tell you we were slammed" no. they did not. yes, when we walked in, the place was slightly busy, but it was not busy. we didnt wait to get our tables put together and there were tables leaving. looked typical. i have been to places that had 45 minute waits for tables and they were better organized. if we were told it would have taken over 1 hour to get wings, we would have just not ordered anything. WINGS you fry them up in batches, people only come here to get wings. you wont waste any if you just keep making them. and if you do, what waste would it be? a few of them? a dozen maybe? thats better than pissing off entire tables and sections of patrons. if i could give zero stars, or 1/2 star, i would. but i am stuck with one.

Ive been a patron at this Buffalo Wild Wings for about 4 years and so far all Ive noticed is a horrific drop in the quality of food and service. The waiters and waitresses seem to really not care about your existence in the restaurant at all and seem to pre-occupied gossiping among themselves to ever get you seated or served anything. If theyre not busy gossiping then you get to watch the dysfunctional staff attempt to clean tables and totally ignore your presence as your waiting to be seated. If you have the actual patience to get seated then I hope you have at least an hour to eat because this branch frequently takes way to long to cook anything, Id say the average wait time has went up to about 30 minutes or so after youve ordered your food. This place use have great wings as well, but last night was possibly the saddest excuse for wings I have ever eaten, it basically tasted like I was eating chicken skin with some sauce that was accidentally made its way into the wings. Overall, the food is ok the service is the worst service Ive ever seen and I really think Id rather drive the extra 3 miles to go to a different buffalo wild wings branch and hope that the franchise is not just failing.

I wanted to grab a quick bite to take home after work, so I popped in, and only ordered 15 wings to go at 8:50pm, according to my receipt, in only a half full restaurant and waited until 9:20 before I got my food. Ask anyone in the industry 30 minutes for an appetizer Item, especially one that is the house specialty is utterly ridiculous! Im starving, so on my way home Im suspicious and I decide to check the temp on my food, I reach in to feel a soggy box (I guess due to sitting on a shelf in the bag) While the guy who took my order was more interested in getting the front carpets Biseled and rolled up so he could go home sooner, instead of worrying about my order since he already got my tip. The wings were barely warm and I tried one only to find the center raw. Its now 10:05pm Im cooking my wings so they dont kill my wife or me, and were still starving. January 13, 2017 the guy who took my order had his arm in a sling (sorry for calling you out buddy, but my fuse is very short when Im hungry). Should have gone to the wholesale club and gotten a bag of 50 wings for the same money I spent, and cooked 15 myself. It would have fed me sooner, and I would be in a much better mood.

Nothing but terrible service, food sucks, even feels like a gross and unclean place when you first walk in. Went in a little while ago, havent been in a few weeks and had cravings for wings. No hostess was there to seat us, and waited for almost 10 min for someone, late at night in a practically empty restaurant. Get seated (booth was dirty, didnt bother to clean) and drinks were given within a few minutes of sitting down. Thought it was on the upswing, it wasnt... Waited over an hour for food, wings rubbery, and got carrots, with ice and water in the tray, ordered more carrots, they were dried out. They leave their veggies sitting out FYI, hence water and ice in tray to make it look healthy... Place needs to be shut down or completely remodeled and restaffed with people who know what they are doing and actually care. If I could do negative rating stars, I would. Almost criminal that I had to pay $20+ for such horrible quality and service.

Went last night to watch the UFC fights and the night ended with one of the more bizarre experiences I have had at a restaurant. Told just after midnight that it was last call due to the fact that the last fight was on even though the hours say closed at 1am. When the fight ended the manager turned off the sound of the TV so customers could not hear the official decision or the post fight interview. He just playing a song for 10 seconds and then went to another song and so on. When enough customers complain he cuts it back on for the last 10 seconds. He told a customer that he didnt like the result of the fight and didnt want to hear it. I paid over $50 at BW3s and I have a selfish manager who thinks this is about him? Then they turn the lights on real bright and tell everyone to go...its not even 12:30 yet. Terrible experience and will never go back to this location ever again because of it.

It is one of the few places in Short Pump area where I can catch any Detroit sports games, ex: Hockey, Football, Baseball. They have, I believe, up to 8 tuners giving them the flexibility to offer a lot of eye candy. The food speaks for itself. If you have been to a BW3, you know what to expect. I have been here multiple times and the service, on average, is pretty good. If it is busy, like on Sunday afternoon, expect to have a missing item or two when the food first comes out. An acceptable loss when a bar is so packed you have to crowd surf to get to the bathroom. At least the wings are better than Hooters. My stomach appreciates it. I agree with other reviewers, avoid the night they have open mic, I believe Friday. If you sit in the bar you wont be able to hear yourself think. It is painful.
