Yes they get busy and I am very patient, but i am sitting here now as i write this because I am so angry with the staff. I came in with my 3 kids and immediately put my name with party of 4. Behind me were 2 couples that did the same. They called us after 10 minutes, which was expected due to them being busy, but as we walk to the table we are asked to wait again because another employee Charly sat the couple that came after us. The employee helping me apologized and said ill get this other table set for you and she did , then walked to us and said to follow her to the table, where AGAIN Charly sat the 2nd couple that got here before us........ They did not communicate nor did Charly show remorse for there inconvenience, while I have my hungry kids. I waited again for seating as the booths that were for us were giving to couples, 2 people, only to be sat at a table with bench seating intended for 2, but they expected my 3kids to sit together, and a chair on the other side. Ive came here for years, today you lost my business.

My daughters and I drove 35 miles (one way) to go to the IHOP in Greeley to eat breakfast (Sunday 5/21/17). We got there at 6:30 AM, and went in. No one came out to seat us. There was NO "Seat Yourself" sign. There was a waitress to our left taking someones order. I dont see how she could have missed us. There was another waitress on the other side, but her back was turned as she served someone else. We waited a couple of minutes, and still no one came out to acknowledge our presence. We left! As I drove out of the driveway, I looked in the window, and I honestly still did not see anyone up front. It may be tacky to say, but Im not surprised since its Greeley!

Had family in town that wanted IHOP. there were 10 of us. We called in advance to let them know we were coming, we know they dont do reservations but wanted to let them know we were coming. We arrived and let them know we were there. We waited for 30 min while 15-20 groups of 2-6 people were seated. When asked how long it wroth still be they stated they were waiting for the only "big" top table instead of putting a couple together. Also it would be another 20-30 min. We went to McD down the street and received much better service.

Went Saturday morning about 10:30 with an infant the receptionist was rude told us it would be a 5 min wait. We sat with our baby for a half hour watching other people go in and we were being told they couldnt accommodate a high chair so I patiently waited as two families were seated that had clearly came in after us requiring high chairs when I asked she rudely looked at her list and said I dont know what to tell you they were on the list before you! Will never go back!

My son got an email with a coupon for a free pancake meal, so we stopped by to redeem that. He was pretty excited about it. I mean who doesnt like free pancakes :)?! He had Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes and I had a Garden Salad. Everything was fresh and tasted good and our server, Nancy L. was great - she was very friendly and helpful and provided great service.

The service was excellent. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering. When we arrived the place was very busy and stayed busy during our visit. Even though it was busy, our wait to be seated was only 15 minutes and our food arrived in a timely manner. We never felt rushed to leave and our experience was very good for the price of the meal.

Had a great hostess, but the waitress ignored us completely. She had 8 people to wait on and had taken care of 6 of them. She looked at us several times and ignored us so after about 15 minutes we left. Dont plan on going there again or recommending them to anyone. When we left she was visiting and getting a shoulder rub----hope she got fired!

This has always been a favorite chain of mine. I arrived an hour before closing to this location. The food was luke warm. I had to ask for a "go box" three times. The waitress was quite friendly & did apologize. Maybe I caught the crew on an off day. We all have bad days now and then.

Awful experience!!!!! Wait times on the weekend are in the upwards of 30 to 40 mins! The food is prepared okay but Ive eaten at IHOPs that are far better! It sucks cause this is the only IHOP in Greeley to eat at. The way its ran is probably an indication of the service.

The food is tasty and theres some variety. The CS is good also. The only reason i give it 4 stars is because this place can get really busy especially weekends. And the wait can be from 10-30+ min. Wish theyd remodel and make this place bigger w more seating!

Service was perfectly fine. My server was Summer M. Didnt know the chicken steak was kinda low quality. Some of my food came burnt or close to it, but it tasted OK. Made me feel pretty gross after eating, but child seemed fine (she had smiley pancakes).

Horrible service! We were told a 5 minute wait and ended up waiting 25 minutes when people came in way after us and were seated ahead of us. Hostess was extremely rude when we tried to talk to her about it. We ended up leaving without ever being seated.

Food is ok, staff do not really pay attention to customers. Last time we were there a waitress told another waitress she wanted to punch my mother in law in the face and refused to serve us. No reason behind it another waitress served us.

Worst service ever!!!not so much management,but the staff and cooks. Manager offered to buy meal it wasnt her fault,but we decline and then she asked us if wed like a coupon for next visit. We said sure,but we probably arent going back!!!

I love the food here and I believe the service Is well, for all the people who complain. Try working for a restaurant first or come talk to me down the street at old chicagos, because Im a cook here and everything else. Thumbs up iHop

Got the denver omelette burger. When I got it the burger was stiff like a hockey puck and I knew it wasnt right. Realized the burger was one of those pre cooked microwavable patties that you can get at the walmart frozen food section.

The food was pretty good, but the wait was excessive. It was busy, but several tables were open and it still took a long time to get seated. I cant say I wouldnt go back, but if it looks busy, Id probably go elsewhere.
