I went today (March 6, 2016) and me and my sister ordered the Hibachi dinner with chicken and my mom got the Hibachi lobster tail. The soup, salad, fried rice, noodles and costumer service was great! My only problem was that all of our drinks had the sulfuric taste of Florida tap water as if the restaurants filter needed to be renewed. Also my chicken was chewy and my moms lobster tail did not taste fresh at all. We continued to drink the water, lemonade, and fruit punch but the sulfur taste only made it worse. Beside these two issues, the rest of the food were phenomenal! (Just try to get fresher water and meat) Thanks!!

Service was great here. It was a gentleman helping us. Granted, there were probably only another couple of tables eating (this place was 90% empty on a Thur night). Server came and checked with us periodically, just the right amount of times - not too little, not too much. I wasnt expecting too much from the food since were visiting from LA and this place is situated in a small town. But surprisingly, it was decent and I ate both the sushi rolls I ordered. The husb ordered Chicken Udon, which he ate it all as well. The ambiance was nice and classy. Good place for a date. Clean and organized.

I just left this place. I went with my family and some guests that we invited for dinner (a party of 8). We were seated immediately and given the menu. The problem is that the server never came back. We sat there for 30 minutes and not even our oders for drinks was taken and the place was not even busy. Our breaking point was when a table that came in afterwards was being serviced. We all got up and left and as we walked out not 1 person approached us or questioned what was happening.

The latest Mizu restaurant, much more convenient for us than going up to Hunters Creek or Saint Cloud. Since its very recently opened the decor is really sparce, but lets face it I dont go to restaurant for the decor (often)! The sushi is very fresh and tasty, the Wife and I have enjoyed it every time weve been here. The wait staff are friendly and check in pretty often. We havent tried the hibachi as we dont find it entertaining, but for a sushi place in Poinciana it is First Rate!

Very good food, BUT first night in here I came in and all the servers were chatting at a table and doing nothing. The place was dead, but I love sushi and this was very close. Second day, even worse. Lunch was busy by the grills but dead in the dining room. 1 waiter and 4 tables including me and the waiter couldnt keep up. I got my sushi before my chopsticks AND my salad came half way through my meal. He couldnt keep up with drinks AT ALL. I wont be back.

Took my family there today hoping for good dining experience.turns out that was not the case.food took really long,they only had one waiter who was just mixing up orders.waiter never came to see how we were doing which is understandable since he was the only one waiting tables. such a nice looking place, too bad the service is poor. i should have gone to the pizza place three stores down. By the way I never did get what I ordered.

Great food, great service, and awesome experience. I do not like Hibachi meals it feels insincere and generic food flavors. Not tonight Charlie was our chef and he was GREAT! not only was his show fun and sincere, his food truly was tasty and well done! He had us laughing and did I say his food tasted great? My first time eating with Charlie our second time here. I will ask for Charlie again. So content with the meal!

Everyone has been very nice ever since they opened. I have eaten the sushi sashimi combination on several occasions and it was very fresh and delicious. I recently visited and had the hibachi steak and shrimp. It was excellent! And the chef was very nice. It was my nieces birthday, and they have her fried ice cream. She enjoyed it. I will definitely eat there again.

Me and wife have been here a number of times and the food is always great. Its fairly priced as well so it doesnt feel like we are hurting our wallet compared to Kobes. The chefs that do the Hibachi are funny and well talented. I like the poinciana location better the the one in the Loop. I always see the the cops here during lunch hours. Well be eating here again

We usually do take-out and the food is great and the people who we interact with are pleasant. I gave it 4 stars. If they want a five star ..the overall atmosphere must change. Its seems a bit stagnant. Either go with a take out only, quick bite type deal or push for a bit more polish and sophistication. Esp. Since publix is the only competition...

We come nearly weekly. Great food at fast food prices. Any Saki will put you over fast food prices, but who can ignore Saki? Back again one week later, this time for the Sushi and Sashimi lunch combo. Wow!! I dare folks to find better at these prices. Once again I fell for the Saki. Oops.

its been such a long time since ive has sushi and i was not let down. my wife ordered the Udon (stir fried) and she told them she has allergies to sesame and the staff made sure that she got it without sesame. they were polite and prompt with refills and the check. i will be back.

Spicy tuna roll was the best Ive ever had. Went during lunch time on a Wednesday and the place was next to empty. Got our food quickly and the waiter was super sweet and answered all of our questions about the specials. Definitely deserving of a return visit

Went there yesterday for takeout, the customer service was great. He had my food out to me in record time. I ordered the Hibachi steak and shrimp special for $19.99. The shrimp in this meal did not taste fresh at all. It ruined the entire meal for me.

Awful experience here! Service was the worst!! After being seated, we had to request menus since they were not provided. 15 minutes in & still no one approached our table to even take a drink order. Finally we walked out & will not be returning.

The food is decent. Your order may not always be brought out just how you ordered it, they do get things mixed up a little sometimes. But it is one of the better places to eat in Poinciana.

Food is good but the service suck if your are not doing hibachi. Also the dining room is too bright. The bright overhead lights doesnt allow you to enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant.
