Found the unlimited wing special and had to swing in. Wow great deal happy hour wings special of $17.99 for wings 5 at a time with over 20 flavors to choose from up until last call for wings at 8:30. We arrived at 8 luckily the waitress was able to place all our orders when the place was super packed. Party ordered macaronic cheese bites and steak tacos. They were raving about how good it was because of the combination of cheese and there house made dipping sauce. Steak tacos mediocre nothing special. On to their wings man they were delicious! Consistent size same as BWW and a lot larger than Wing Stops. We opted for BBQ, lemon pepper, honey garlic butter, kickin Korean BBQ was packing major heat. Service was great even with a packed crowd and about 20 min wait for a table. We ordered our food and it came out in 10 mins. Each order of wings comes with 1 sauce and 2 celery sticks. Ill definitely be back to try some of there other flavors and burgers. Theres plenty of street pay to park parking, but free parking in the back of the bar by the dumpster if you can find a spot. Waitress told us to come by 5 every Wednesday to avoid wait times and get your bang for your buck with the wings.

Areyou are into sports, beer and great food? I would recommend visiting First Down in the Ballston area of Arlington. This is a great hole in the wall place will friendly bartenders, decently priced beers and a great young crowd. There are plenty of seats and plenty of TV screens to watch your favorite team. I would also suggest going there on a Wednesday night because of the karaoke that goes on. Overall, this is just a great place to watch your favorite team and have a good time goofing off with friends.

Easy going sports bar right across from the Ballston Metro stop. I come here after work to meet friends who work around Ballston. There are amazing happy hour prices every weekday. Youll never pay more than $6 for any beer. Domestics are about $4 and it goes up depending on craft and small brewery prices. Food is also about $5 off the happy hour menu. Bartenders treat regulars and new comers with a smile, are, engaging, and provide excellent service.

This review is soley based on my online pickup order. No ketchup or bbq sauce as requested online. My burger took up less than half the bun and had no cheese although it was a cheeseburger. Mozzarella sticks were awesome and warm, but the fries were absolutely cold. Was there the night before at the bar, and had good food and service. Highly recommend you do not order online.

Awesome wings. The management is UNBELIEVABLE. They let regulars pick fights, go crazy, get wildly drunk, and look the other way when they bother other patrons. While I was here they let the same drunk guy pick two fights and decided to do nothing. From what I hear the same guy comes every week so I doubt this is a one time occurrence. Ridiculous.

Love this place. Its nothing flashy, but its a great place to grab a beer and wings while watching the big game. The food is pretty good and the buffalo chicken taco platter is the best pub food in Arlington. To top it off, Ramesh (the owner) is always open to suggestions in improving the business.

The best HapHour prices you will ever find. And for how delicious the food items are, you cannot beat it. Wide selection of drink options and the bartenders and waitstaff are all nice and friendly, not stuck up like other places. Absolutely recommend this place for sports watching too! A+++.

Stopped by today for a couple of beers and something to eat. Ordered a tater tots with chili and cheese. It might as well have been tater tots with cheese and beens and vegtables as there was nothing close to chili in the order. Place looked clean, but smelled of stale beer and mold.

Easy going local place, and a frequent stop for me after work. Friendly staff and great prices. First Down cant be beat as a great place to catch a game! Their food is also delicious: my absolute favourite wings (honey mustard madness!) in the world. Also give the burgers a try!

Below average bar, no real reason to come here except for the convenient location in ballston. Nothing here really appeals to me. Its got your standard TVs, bar food, below average service, but nothing that gives it an atmosphere, feel, or culture. The bar feels very bland.

I dont have a lot of requirements for a sports bar. They need a decent selection of beer, many TVs, and good wings. First Down is a winner on all counts. Stop here if you want to catch a game and you are sure to find a like minded fan.

Great place to watch the game or fight because it does not get quite as crowded as other places around there. Food is good, beer is cheap, and it is close to the shopping center and kettler ice duplex. what else could you ask for?

Its a bar and grill so this is not a Michelin 5 star. But as far as the food, draft beer selection, bar and neighborhood bar and grill atmosphere goes, its a great place. I really like the place for an after work meal.

Nice little place. You have the usual bar drinks but the food here was pretty good. Normally I am wary of bar food but this was a good meal. Great selection of beers on tap and plenty of TVs to catch your game.

I consider myself a wingologist and this spot by far has some of the best wings Ive had in a long time. Im not overly impressed with the restaurant itself, but the wings are a must have. #trytheoldbaywings

Watch your debit/credit card here. Took 10 days for the money to clear my account and now a month later they randomly charged me again!! Dont even know how as I have a brand new card number now!!

Wayyy to small an establishment for the type of business they bring in, but the food is wonderful, plenty of tvs for all different sports, and the staff is absolutely truly phenomenal...

if a dive-y bar with wings and lots of fried food is what youre looking for, this is a 5. if youre looking for great craft beer, fresh vegetables, and cleanliness this place is a 1.

Low key sports bar with good happy hour and game day (football) specials. Best place to watch the Virginia Tech Hokies in Arlington! Good beer selection and above average bar food

I prefer this bar over World of Beer, any day. They have a good beer selection, great happy hour prices, and good food. Theres always a game on, and plenty of TVs to watch it.

The place is right in front of ballston station. So if you dont want to drive ride orange or silver line. They have happy hour until 8 and staff is nice and friendly.
