BIG DISAPPOINTMENT FOR BOTH FOOD AND SERVICE!!!! Here is a letter that I wrote to Ruby Tuesday, a regional manager contacted me right away and he said a follow up from the this store will be given, and it has been a couple months, nothing ever happened..... I had a really bad dining experience at this restaurant. We waited for a long time for a server to bring us the drink menu after we sat down. We picked Sam Adams, which was on special, 10 minutes later the server came back and told him its out. Then he ordered a Blue Moon, the server came back and told us thats also out. So he ordered a glass of water. My boyfriend ordered 9oz sirloin steak, and I ordered 7oz sirloin steak and added lobster tail, when the food came, the lobster tail was missing, and we told the person who brought the food to us, and he went in and got me the lobster tail. My boyfriend and I both got our steak medium rare. My steak came out over-cooked, closed to well done. I sat my food aside and hoped the server would come to our table and ask if our food was good. My server never came. He walked by our table many times but he avoided us, and at 20-30 minutes went by, my boyfriend finished his meal and I still could not get the servers attention. Then finally we waved the server down and told him that my steak was over cooked. Then he took it to the kitchen and got me a new one. When we got our check, we got two bills. One was the originally bill and the other one was the discounted bill since we have a 25% off coupon. We noticed that on the discounted bill, we were charged for the Sam Adams that we never got. But it did not appear on the original bill. The server took the amount off the bill when he ran our credit card, but we think that this could be a very dis-honest practice or it could be a computer error if someone can figure out why it was not on the original bill. Overall, we are very upset with this experience and would like share this with Ruby Tuesday.

Please do not use this Ruby Tuesday, to let you all know, I happen to love Ruby Tuesday, their food has always been great, but this particular one had me so grossed out. It starts when you walk in. First off, we had to wait for a hostess for about 10 minutes before we could even get seated. And I can tell you right now, that the place was not even busy or full. On the contrary, it was quite empty. Then not to mention the smell when you come inside. I can not even explain it, but it has a smell of sour, musky old something. However, my husband and I thought we would put that to the side and try anyway. When we got seated, I noticed that everything is very outdated, the so called leather on the chairs and booth seats are ripped, torn and so on. The booth we got seated in was terrible. It was not cleaned off, the table was sticky and so on. We asked for a booster seat for our youngest girl. Not only did the hostess act as if she had a problem with it, but the one she brought us, was dirty and had still full of old sticky food in it from previous child. When we asked her could she please bring something to clean it off with, she seemed to get an attitude about it, then she brought a dry napkin and just dusted the thing off. My husband and I finally had it with the dirty surroundings. So before even ordering anything, we got up and left. If the manager and staff working there, can not keep up with the dining area and have it nice and clean, I do NOT even want to know what the kitchen looks like. But I was not going to risk food poisoning for my children or myself.

To start with the food I had was a little on the cold side. This is when I went to eat there for the first time about two months ago. But this is not my reason for writing. My reason for writing is there parking problem. The night I went to eat there, there was no parking out side. I thought the place was packed. When I went inside only 5 table being used. When I asked the manager, they told me they do not own the parking lot, and that they share it with Top Golf. They only have two dedicate parking spaces for take out. This past Friday 31 May and Sat 1 Jun 2013 I observed A-1 towing , towing out a good number of cars from a cross the street from Ruby Tuesday, the parking lot out in front of Palm Beach Tanning and ice cream place. I am writing this to fore warn every one, do not park in the lot across the street the tow charge I was told from several who had their car towed it was $120.00. Be sure to park in a valid place. I will tell you there is free parking just up around the corner from Palm Beach in an underground type parking deck, that would be behind the movie theater. I hope this helps a lot of people.

This RTs used to be pretty good, but the quality of food has fallen aground within the past several years. Compounding that is the fact that this location shares the parking with an extremely popular Top Golf franchise next door...which is to say that parking is nearly NONEXISTENT for this restaurant. The last two times our family went to this RTs, we had to park over in Kingstowne Towne Center and cross the street (which is a towable offense, BTW). So...finding it harder and harder to recommend this RTs.

Would not recommend going here. The food was sub par not necessarily terrible but nothing amazing either. The service is the only reason Im rating 2 stars. Other than taking unusually long to get the check which was 15 minutes est. The service was also decent. Was it worth the money... No. I had to edit to add the decor and atmosphere was very dingy and outdated.

Weve recently celebrated holidays (Easter, Mothers Day, etc) with extended family this year at this R.T.. Each time has been a wonderful experience based on the quality of the food -excellent salad bar, the quality of service, the attentive management, and the value for the price. Theres also a nice sports bar as well!

Great place to dine if the golfers save you a parking spot. I had a taste for Ruby Tuesdays Sunday afternoon around 2pm, but I couldnt find a parking spot with all the Golfers taking up all the restaurant spaces. Hopefully, the restaurant management will put up signs to reserve parking for dining customers.

Asked for a medium rare burger and got a medium well, server came twice to us and started to walk away while we gave her the order. Only reason this place is still in business is because its next to top golf, its worth the the walk across the street to eat somewhere better.

I was disappointed in the service and the food was okay... We had a coupon and still it felt the prices are a bit high... For the cost, I would rather go to Carrabbas but the salad bar is decent but parking at this place is horrible too.
