This was our first time dining at Uno. We ordered the wings for an appetizer which were undercooked. The ONLY reason we stomached them was because we were starving. We told our waiter about the chicken but we said it was fine, wed just wait for our meals. We waited over twenty minutes for our meal. I ordered a burger, medium well. My boyfriend ordered the rattlesnake pasta. The burger was burnt, the bottom was totally black. His pasta was disgusting. Absolutely frustrated and our appetites lost, I told the waiter to take our food and that Id like the check. He took the burger off our menu, a he should have. However, when every single item ordered is not up to standard it is courteous that the manager of the establishment come out and apologize to the customers. That did not happen and because of that we will never return to this restaurant and will spread the word of how bad the management and food was.

Not a bad choice, considering the variety of establishments around Kingstowne. My wife and her friends like the food and the service. I visited this Uno Pizzeria and Grill prior to meeting her, and my experience has been overall good. I just got tired of eating there due to my weekly repetitiveness, and later moved away from the area. There are always a few hiccups, but none could be considered an issue that would make me complain about it. If you are in the area and want deep dish pizza, then go. Our last experience was really nice. The server was having issues with other customers, but she kept her cool with us. It also helped that our party had a baby that was cute with her, and she was nice. This experience was a reminder that customer service goes both ways in a service-oriented industry.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Waited for a seat for a good 10 minutes even though the place wasnt busy. The soup area was gross and the kids make it yourself was so dirty I ended up just feeding my kids off of my plate. The waitress treated me like she was paying me to dine there and seemed annoyed to even have to serve me. The eye rolling from the waitress for every question I asked , along with all the cussing and fighting I heard coming from the kitchen area guarantees I will wont be coming back. If I want cheap pizza, Ill go to Papa Johns. At least there Ill be treated like an actual customer.

Food was pretty good, service was not as great as it had been. My waitperson had too many tables and was not attentive enough. The manager on duty and other servers stepped in to make it better. At the recommendation of my waitperson, I used the Ziosk on my table to pay my bill. The next day I had 4 fraudulent charges in my card. My bank took care of me, but I called the restaurant to alert them if a possible problem and the manager on duty quickly referred me to the corporate office. I guess damage control was more important.

Went here with a large class group. The food was decent, as you really cant go wrong with Chicago-style pizza. The staff was certainly very friendly, but the entire meal seemed very disorganized. Maybe this was just a rough night to have a big group there, but the meal was brought out in small batches which werent really coordinated. At the end of the night, it was a good, filling meal, so I cant complain too much. Overall, pretty decent. Presumably better if youre traveling with a smaller group.

The only reason Ill give this establishment a 5 star rating is because of our service. The server was super attentive even with it being clear he was busy, was on top of everything we needed, the servers name was CJ, he accommodated everything we needed in a timely manner, I would highly recommend if you come here you ask for him, you wont be disappointed with the customer service, the food was pretty good, the all you can eat soup bar during lunch is a great thing.

Normally I love this place... but service and food has progressively gotten worse. Food was inedible, service, if you could call it that, was non existent and sadly, this isnt new.. after tonight, I wont be back.. even though the manager gave me a coupon for free food. The manager WAS GREAT and comped the whole meal for me and my family.. considering we only ate 1 bite... when kids wont eat pizza, you know its bad. Definitely wont be going back to this location...

The only thing good about this restaurant was the bottle of wine we ordered. We opted for a thin crust that came with "no" sauce and the crust tasted more like flour than crust and a deep dish, again with no sauce and was over cooked. The server never brought us utensils or napkins, even after we requested. I noted at least two tables with the same issue and two different servers. Bad service and bad food is a formula that leads to a closed establishment.

Havent been to UNOS in a long time. Mainly because they have been closing at a rapid rate. Well now I know why. The quality of there food was mediocre at best. Clam chowder was flavorless and thin. Was there any potatoes or clams in there? My Pasta Chicken Spinoccoli dish tasted like noodles and chicken. I asked for extra pesto and didnt get it. It lacked over all flavor. Nothing like I remember. So save you money and go to another restaurant.

Be warned, there is a chance you chance you could have a bad experience. When I went last I was in the restaurant for an hour, I only spent 10 min eating. I experienced the the worst wait for service and food after being seated at a very uncrowded time. However service is usually very good the food is great and when I wrote to Unos they were very apologetic so that is why I say they deserve 4 stars.

Tried to call this weekend to order a pizza to carryout. I had a coupon so I called, they put me on hold for over 3 minutes. I thought they forgot about me. I called back and asked if they forgot and they said no, the lady was going to take my order next and put me on hold again. After 5 more minutes on hold I hung up and gave up. I guess they didnt want the business bad enough.

I love bringing my family to Uno Chicago Grill in Kinsgtowne. Not only is the menu great as a parent of an egg allergic child, but the waitstaff is great and managment treats us like family. Sayed (sp?) is always so friendly, greets us personally and is genuine--weve come to know him and miss him when hes not there. Way to go Unos, you have a good thing going here!

Best place for gluten free food and the gluten free pizza is very good. The waiters all understand the gluten free menu and the manager or kitchen staff always brings out the gluten free meal separately from the regular meals. By far the best service when it comes to eating gluten free out in Northern VA

UNOs pizzeria and grill in Kingstowne, Va is SUPERB ! !! The General Manager Dante is AWESOME!!! Very personable and friendly and professional. The food is top notch!! Excellently prepared and delicious!!! Alana the bartender is FABULOUS too! ! I rate this UNOs a perfect 10. I love it!!
