I had lunch at the Sumner location on 10/07/15. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food as compared to the Puyallup location. I ordered the slice bar with a salad. The salad consisted of a plate of lettuce with 3 croutons, a pile of mushrooms, a pile of olives, & the salad dressing on the side. I was expecting a little more on the salad; like maybe some tomatoes, onions, cheese, etc. The pizza had almost no flavor & tasted like cardboard with cheese on it. The Hawaiian had what appeared to be a smidgen of some sort of white sauce that had no taste, the pineapples were so dried out they were like tasteless yellow triangles, the ham was chewy & tasteless as well. The pepperoni had a light tint of red sauce that was dried up & the crust was flavorless, it was as though I was eating a dried up piece of cardboard with some toppings. I have been to the Puyallup location many times & the food is always top notch. The Sumner location is not even on the same playing field, much less the same league. I sure hope the drop in quality has not spread to the Puyallup location.

The service at this location is just awful, besides another family that already had their order when we were seated, there were no other eat in customers. After being ignored for 15 minutes, I had to go up to the counter to ask for a server. The girl who was supposed to come to our table stood behind the counter texting on her cell phone and sipping her own beverage while we sat there with nothing. Someone finally came and took our order and it took another 30 minutes with no one coming to our table (again no other customers) when we had to nab someone we thought might work there and ask for the status of our order (a basic sandwich and small pizza) to which she said she would check but again never came back to tell us, it was only after stating we would cancel our order that we heard one of the young men say "Oh that order is ready for awhile"!! Really, and no dishes, no silverware, no napkins, no anything!!

Very upset, our waitress I believe her name was Ashley, took her sweet time to my table of 3. Served my father water 3times when he requested lemonade 3 different times. Service extremly slow. Ashley brought things to our table that we did not ask for or order. We where served a very very cold apitizer of rosemary bread sticks I believe and when we told our waitress she did not apologize or try to fix the situation. The food was amazing and a cook went out of his way to warm up some bottle water for my son to be able to make a bottle for him. Super sweet guy. Because of our service though unfortunately it doesnt matter how good the food is if you have terrible service. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. Hopefully someone can fix this and I might return.

The service at this place is awful. The bread sticks were hard as a rock with no flavor. In the picture it showed a full dish of the bread sticks and once they were brought to our table it was only 1/2 a plate full. Also, it took them 50 minutes to bring us the pizza. We were suppose to get sun dried tomatoes on the pizza as advertised and they were just sliced regular tomatoes. The place was not even crowed...Over priced food....I will not be returning there nor will I recommend it.

Visited Thursday Aug 18 approx. 8pm-ish. This restaurant was quiet, clean and fantastic service! Our waitress took our order, made us a most delicious salad (so so yummy!!!!) & she also made our very very scrumptious pizza!!! I hope this place is aware of that great employee/waitress:) We will be back for more great ambience, food & service, love this place!!!

Probably the best pizza in the area, the family style salad was yummy. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The seating is a bit uncomfortable and the food a bit pricey but Im a sucker for good pizza. Ive ordered to go and it was pretty quick and I enjoyed a glass of wine while I waited.

$10 for a kids pizza and no other alternative? Not to mention poor beer selection, poor pizza specials, and making your own pizza is only an option if youre willing to spend $25-30+ for a decent large one. We walked out before we even ordered. Go to Farellis 3 blocks down.

Pizza great when hot... but gals took their time.. over 10 minutes just for salad..and drinks... 18 min before a slice showed up(all you can eat promo) ..ah, but cute guys showed up and they got waited on right away. Water too... need to learn to hustle a bit.

Food was ok. A bit spendy for what you get. The people who arrived after us got their food before we did. We just ordered 2 slider sandwiches. The place was not busy at all. Something less than 6 tables occupied. Id say meh about this place.

We dined with a party of three and had a very pleasant experience at Trackside Pizza. Being relatively new to the area, I was looking for a nice pizza joint. The pizza was delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was great!

Great service. Our kids got to make their own pizza and take it to the kitchen which was really fun. And there the good review ends, the food was mediocre at best and overpriced. We will go to Farrellis next time.

This place has great food. This is the first time dining in at this location and the staff is awesome. Ive only heard rumor of the crazy lady that lives upstairs but we didnt see her on the way in. Well come back.
