I stopped by and ordered a small Pepperoni za" to go. After doing so I had to kill time and noticed the individual slices looked as if it had been there all day. No biggie. I noticed they did not take my name and finally asked if a large pep was mine practically handing it to me but I resisted the temptation to take it knowing I ordered a small. Then they asked what I oredered and I said a small pep and they handed me a pizza off the top of the oven. I got to my car and took a look and it was a cheese pizza. Took it back in and they said that is what you ordered. BS. They had taken my receipt when handing me the pie so I did not have it. He then rolled off a receipt on the register where it said I payed for cheese. Uh, like they knew where to go after like 10 more people ordered. Right. He then said they could not take it back but would cook some pepporoni and put them on. "Uh, no way man, its not the same without the juices. I just want what I ordered." i then asked for my money back wanting nothing to do with this place. He said he could not refund me. He then said the manager has to approve it and he was not there. I stood there for about five seconds in a stupor from the BS and he then rudley dug in the register and handed me my money. No sorry, nothing and it is not like I am some hard to please jerk looking for an issue. I have no ax to grind, this complaint is legit and I highly suggest you go elsewhere. A crappy experience like this needs to be known. Major lessons needed in customer service here w/o the tall tales and did I say it was a very bad experience?

I recently started working here, and Ive got to say its one of the best pizza places around here. About a year ago they fired EVERYONE on the staff because of how poorly they were running the place. Since then theyve hired hundreds of people, and if they dont turn out to be a good worker, they are fired. The owner doesnt stand for bad reviews and always strives to have the best food and service. Ive been here for 2 months and weve gone through maybe 20 people, only 4 of which have stayed. Also, Ive been working with pizza for about 4 years, and I always make my pizzas perfect and (usually) on time. Sometimes there are some screwups, but that happens in the food industry. Everything has changed since most of these reviews, so you must come check out the changes for yourself! Guaranteed to be a great visit!

I had high hopes after several years of great pizza from here, but today it was shattered!!!!! wished I wouldve read the other reviews....service was blah....rude to say the least, kids running the place without a care in the world....pizza blah! No flavor, crust sucked and was like plain toast slightly burnt no taste....... Ordered and waited.........pizza was ready and no one let us know...sat on top off oven ten minutes.... Dont do it save your time and money, travel to emerald ilse and try the one there....

I heard from a random stranger they had the best pizza in town. And while it wasnt the best Ive ever had it was great. Fresh out of the oven (by the slice mind you) and the customer service was superb. If I had read the reviews before I came I would have bypassed it. But I didnt and ended up with a great experience. Even after my daughter spilled my water all over everything they were still super friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Looking for a quick bite of pizza visiting the beach

Best Pizza in town. The only real competition in town is Brooklyn Pizza but I live in Monkey junction and its a bit too far of a drive. I hear people complaining about service... this is a pizza joint not a restaurant. You get your food and if you choose to dine there please dont expect to be waited on. Its the same thing as eating at a Mc Donalds or subway. Im from New York so maybe Im used to the concept at a pizza joint.

The pizza is cooked well every time, they deliver, they remember your last order when you call by identifying your phone number, they get things right like sauce etc.. every time. I highly recommend them for taste, service and all that stuff! Edit: Im still ordering from the frequently, they recognize my phone number, ask if I want to use my last order and make all that could be easy, easy. Ill recommend them again!

Cheese fries were bland, only fries & drowned in mozz cheese nothing else. Calzone was not rolled up, just flat, greasy. Too much ricotta, 1/2 of the edges werent done all the way. Employees dont use gloves when handling food & didnt see anyone washing hands after touching aprons or appliances, between orders... etc. Was in town visiting, wont recommend at all.

Im from New York and this is by far the closest thing in Wilmington to a real NY pizzeria. I read the negative reviews and laughed, these people dont understand the difference between a pizzeria and an italian restaraunt, they are two distinctly different entities! I love this place and will not order pizza from any other place in town.

Seems like theres a new face at the counter every week. The guy behind the counter on my last visit was on his cell phone, and I had to wait for him to finish his conversation before he took my order, which he screwed up anyway. I very, very highly recommend choosing a different pizza place; I know I wont be going back.

You guys give ny style pizza a bad name

Ordered a small with three toppings 16.16. After I ordered and sat down noticed specials on the board I could have got a large with three toppings for 16.00. Seemed skimpy on the toppings. Taste was bland. Crust was chewy seemed a bit under cooked. Will not be going back but you may like it.

I had been eating here for years - sandwiches are great, and always got free water cups, as every other place in the South gives. But while they used to secretly charge $0.50 for each water cup, now again they serve free water! I am now going beck for great subs and pizzas!

This place is awful - Little Caesars HOT-N-READY Pizza for $5.00 is much better (seriously and Im not a fan of HOT-N-READY either). Plus the guys behind the counter are not at all friendly - downright rude!!! Not sure how they stay in business - we will never go back!!!
