The employees are great here. The first week this location opened I ordered an Elmo and Big Bird caramel apple for my sons Elmo birthday party. When I went to pick them up they had made me a Cookie Monster and Big Bird apple because they didnt have any red sprinkles for the Elmo apple. I really understood the lack of red sprinkles with how new the store was and told them it was fine. I added some chocolate to want I wanted. They gave me both apples for free along with some chocolate and a lot of apology. Ive gone back here many times and I always leave happy.

I just had to write a review after the experience we had today. Let me begin by saying that Cold Stone has tasty and delicious ice cream! You all probably already know this. But at this particular location my wife and I have always had excellent service.

The ice cream is great, the employees are fine. When its crowded (which it always seems to be when we are there) it can be hard to hear, and weve had the employees get our orders wrong.
