This is very good gelato. Our third visit, but this is the first time Google has made the review option available. Numerous flavors, some of which change seasonally (no orange tonight!!). Others are pretty stable (e.g the dark chocolate and limoncello). The flavors are strong, but not overpowering, and very nice. I ended up with limoncello. Probably the only knock I can give them is that two of the three times my cup had a void in it. An air bubble in which there was no gelato. Todays wasnt big, so I didnt say anything. They mound the cups anyway. Last time they gave me a replacement for free (that had no voids). So they probably need to me more mindful of how they pack the cups. They may also be introducing a frequent visitor or loyalty card of some sort. Im sure Ill get to make good use of that!

There is generally A-line that extends out the door especially this time of year ...However Im very impressed the staff because they greet each customer as if they were the very 1st person that they have waited on that day .I was little embarrassed at 1st because I asked to try multiple different flavors .The young lady working the counter Genevieve I believe her name is..Graciously informed me the average person ask for at-least 6 to 8 different samples ..Expect to wait in line ...But the wait will definitely be worth it ....Dont be cheap either get the big bowl so You cant get 3 different flavors .

I highly appreciate the customer service here. The workers are always very friendly, they are always very knowladgeable and patient. They also do call in orders, this a blessing!! Lots of variety, thats plus. The flavor on all Gelato and sorbet is definatly high quality. Please try the hot chocolate during the winter, it is really a treat! Only downsides is that this place a bit pricey. It can also be extreamly busy during the evening in select days.

This is a great place if you love ice cream and yogurt, and who doesnt? The taste of their gelato is fantastic and they actually have healthier benefits than other dessert options.. They have a chart there showing it. The bummer is it takes some time to get into their shop at night. The line extends outside their store and its hot out haha. Be prepared to wait if you go at late hours.

Frost is a great desert spot after a hot day, its a little pricey but the smallest size is more than enough for anyone since its so rich. A little secret is that Frost also happens to be a great desert place after a cold day as well. They have a hot chocolate that is hands down the best in the valley, If you dont believe me its very reasonably priced and worth you trying out yourself.

I have to admit that I was surprised when the man behind the counter came around and asked me if I would like a glass of water. Nice people. Also I really enjoyed my gelato so thats a plus. Ive also had some of their coffee, ice cream combos before and they were good. The music when I was in the store was modern as well. I also appreciate the dairy free options.

What a great place. The owner (owners daughter) was waiting on us and her enthusiasm for the product and our experience was obvious. The pride she obviously fosters there is evident in the service and dessert. I had Pistachio, banana, and rum. She took 4 orders at once in like fashion and committed them to memory. It made a great finish to a night out.

This is some of the best Gelato that I have ever had and it is absolutely worth trying out, in fact I would definitely have to say to stop in and give it a try. I personally had the Stracciatella and Cheesecake. They will let you get two different flavors and put it in the same cup. THe girl who helped us was very friendly as well.

Sorry, not the best gelato Ive ever had. That distinction belongs to Paciugo in Chicago. Flavor was cloyingly sweet, and seriously, you cant put more than one flavor in a small cup? Counter server, a young man, not the friendliest, either. Quite pricey, too. Will probably give it another try, but will also look for other gelato shops.

The Gelato is so amazing. If you havent tried it, and think its probably like ice cream, youre in for a real treat. I was in recently and had peanut butter crunch / sea salt caramel. Not only was it pretty much my favorite dessert, the scooper (Iris, I think) was extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place. :)

UGH I wish I never came here so I wouldnt crave it EVERY DAY lol FROST IS THE BEST!!! Their flavors are amazing! Im a toppings person but Ill never need to add anything to their gelato! Also their service is always great, those kids are so nice! Try the Toasted Marshmallow, my favorite!

Best gelato in Chandler and Gilbert! I have been trying to find a gelato place since Angelsweet got bought out, ruined, and then shut down. Was recommended this place by a friend and it did not disappoint! Very friendly customer service and delicious gelatos and sorbets!

MY VERY FAVORITE dessert in the valley! Every flavor is delicious. The workers are always so friendly and helpful. The gelato is incredibly creamy and flavorful. The price is fair. The store is always clean and well-kept. I cant say enough good things about this place!!

First visit was on Wednesday and it was AWESOME! The Staff was wonderful and the service, excellent. Can hardly make up you mind with so many wonderful flavors to choose from. If youre at San Tan Village and want a wonderful treat...anytime of day...Frost is a must!

Best gelato around! Staff is always very friendly and incredibly helpful. They always have seasonal flavors that are a great addition. Weekend nights get very busy. Be prepared to wait in a long line. Lots of gluten free options.
